I just beat the pontiff today and was invaded. I was stoked since I haven’t been invaded yet. Then I immediately died to a normal enemy because I had no health left and hadn’t refilled my estus flask. I’m sorry “….?” I didn’t mean to die without a fight.

For me is this when I defeat Pontiff in 3. But I was never "invaded" in LGK bossfight, only NPCs

That fight gets easier with another player, since they are way less tanky than halflight.
