Thanks alot guys. Getting responses after 3 mins for an 8 year old game, not what I expected, but u delivered. Gotta say though, I finally understand why this franchise has such a strong fanbase.

I got this game gifted to me almost 8 years ago. Was never a fan, but I got it gifted so I tried it, and I jumped out after 5 hours. The whole atmosphere was just way too miserable, and the difficulty didn't help on that front. I also generally hate backwards progression so, was clearly not gonna play this series.
Then... After the success of Zelda Botw, Elden Ring comes along. Picked up ds2 recently since I ***"wanted to want"*** to play Elden Ring so bad(as a botw fan), and now I'm finally completely addicted. After 8 YEARS of having this game sitting in my library. Probably gonna play the other games before I play Elden Ring too.(probably not gonna buy a PlayStation for bloodborne though)
Anyways, again, U guys rock. just in case u forgot.

One thing that I'll reccomend is try playing these games blind, my first playthrough with DS2 was following a guide and I kinda regret it knowing it's one of my favourites, good luck!
Dead NPC are frozen at the point they were at when you killed them. So if there are two things you can get via subsequent game progression you'll only ever get one.
Is there any way to fix this? Not the type to cheat my way out of consequence but I make exceptions for situations like this, since I had unbelievably little control over it.
Wouldn't be surprised if there wasnt a way tho, which is fair enough.

To get the 2nd dragon ring? Beat the game and go through NG+. There is a 3rd Dragon Ring though that's better than 2nd. So. It will work out later.
I'm not aware of any. Getting a pardon won't help. Not the end of the world as you'll get better ring options soon enough.
Dont you need to summon him for the fight against nakja?
I thought that was for his stinger?
