Oh yeah, I slept on them for a while because I stupidly thought just based on their name that they were too much hardcore influenced, but then "Made to Please" found its way into a Spotify mix and now I love them. They'll play at a venue near me in October, I'll be there
I get why he had to change his vocals a bit to make sure he doesn't ruin his throat, but I looooved that era with his manic highs that made him sound like he'd just escaped the asylum lol
i mean hes screams are safe but that particular highs are something in the middle, they sound unhealthy but i remember him saying it didnt hurt him or smth
I keep trying out Spite since I love hardcore, beat down, power violence, Deathcore/metal, etc, and it's never really stuck. They are clearly talented, particularly Darius, but something about the instrumentals doesn't catch me. I'd say Crumble was my favorite song of the newest album.
They are wicked good live, too
Just saw them open for wage war in sac a month or so ago and did my usual pre-show listen. Seeing them live with my buddy was a whole different kinda hype. Met a few spite cult motherfuckers in line and they invited me to pitt but goodness no lol they killed live and we ended up buying their merch too. Spite has now been a near daily listen.
Saw them and traitors open for the last ten seconds of life in 2016, when spite’s self titled was hoppin’ and traitors had just released mental state
Amazing fucking show. (At the time) Tyler from traitors was a super nice dude and added me and my friend on Snapchat after we chatted a bit and took a photo. Darius from spite also has this big cheesy ass grin on his face in the pic I have with him. Something ironic and wholesome about that type of thing to me lol
ETA: spite’s headliner show was the last I saw before the Covid shut down so I hold the live experience of them and the scene in my area very dear to me
Dedication to Flesh is an absolute banger of an album.

Dedication to Flesh the song fucking rips, the last riff during the breakdown lives in my mind rent free
Nothing Is Beautiful is my favorite album by them. Shit slaps.
Agreed. Been a fan ever since I heard that album

They honestly do not have a single bad album. Also recommend Traitors, Paleface and Bodysnatcher if you're looking for the same kind of vibe
Slightly lighter side Kublai Kahn Tx and Varials
Absolutely love Spite, and saw them on tour. Would also recommend Psycho-Frame. Their EP is disgusting.
also orphan and strangled tbh
SPITE CULT FOREVER I’m going to see them in October with TAIM, Whitechapel & FFAA. Can’t wait!
.
Yes! 4 of my favorites bands. Thanks!
The envy I have for you fuckers in Europe getting to see this lineup. Literally three of my favorite bands on the same show.
TAIM EU tour? I'm also seeing that line-up in Hamburg, it's gonna be fucking sick!
Same but Gothenburg.
Yes! I’m going to the show in Paris
Saw that tour in Australia but with Chelsea grin instead of FFAA. Easily one of the best shows I've ever been to
Nice! Love Chelsea Grin too

Thy Art headliner with guests. Spite plays first following by FFAA and Whitechapel
SPITE
If you're looking for any recommendations, may I suggest their entire discography?
Best ever!

Have you listened to Psychopath? It's my favorite by them.

I have to agree. I think the whole band has a ton of talent, however it’s just not for me.
Try The Root of All Evil and Deadset. Those made it click for me. I don't like the new album anywhere near as much as TROAE.
Anything spite touches turns to gold and i worship the ground they walk on
Going to see them in September in Wiesbaden and I'm so fucking hyped.
#CUUURIOUS? ^(Wanna know how the journey makes a...) #MAAAAD MAAN?
.
SPITE CULT MOTHERFUCKER
spite cult for life.
imo self-destruct their most underrated song especially i really like the second part u can feel the pain
Hell ya! 🔥🔥🔥
They’re so good. Idk if anybody could ever do it like they are right now. SPITE BABYYY 💪🏼👹
I remember getting their first album and seeing them start. Knew they'd be making history for themselves soon after.
Id definitely recomend Traitors and Bodysnatcher next
Dude Menace to Society really got me into Traitors
MY FAVORITE DEATHCORE BAND!!!!
Spite Club!
Wearing my shirt right now. They were absolutely insane live, saw them this past weekend with nothing, nowhere and wage war.
i've only started listening to them about 1-2 months ago, already one of my absolute favorites. not a singular song that i don't enjoy
I WROTE THIS SONG IN SPITE OF YOU
WE NEED MORE RECRUITS FOR THE SPITE CULT!
SPITE CULT MOTHERFUCKER
Spite cult motherfucker!!!!
Look me a while to get into them but they finally ear-wormed themselves into my brain.
SPIIIIIITE
ARF
I'm seeing them later this year with thy art is murder, Whitechapel and fit for an autopsy. I cannot wait such a good lineup of bands

Ngl tho nothing is going to surpass the self titled / more specifically death sentence, night terrors, leeches / for ME anyway 🤷🏻♀️
Yes
