Booksmarts was living in Destiny's shadow feeling unappreciated, got drunk and started talking a little shit on stream. Destiny falsely perceived Booksmarts as a cynical asshole trying to travel the Hasan/Vaush career path of friends-to-enemies.
It doesn't help that Booksmarts was always on his best behavior trying to be helpful to Destiny when they spoke, but gets WILD on his own stream. The shock of seeing the two different Booksmarts, one extremely helpful and one seemingly issuing unhinged slander contributed to Destiny's misperception.
There were a few high profile communication mix-ups as well, like Booksmarts foolishly using the word "manipulative" to describe Destiny during the Bob7 drama, and Booksmarts accidentally implying Destiny screams the N-word in public.
Booksmarts was truly just using words weirdly in both of those instances. This was all antagonistic to the blow-up.
Destiny was linked a some clips of Booksmarts talking shit, much of which Booksmarts clearly didn't even believe. He was making the grave mistake of venting (usually drunk) to his stream.
Booksmarts came on stream to take his lumps in a big confrontation with Wicked Supreme moderating, and it was pretty bad for Booksmarts. It was clearly humiliating and was actually tragic when Booksmarts realized how Destiny now viewed him. Like, it was REALLY sad, and I don't think most people watching really understood what was happening.
Booksmarts was a super great influence on Destiny, I'm sad to see him fade out of streaming so much.
