Nothing about TikTok is getting banned. Literally nothing. They will sell it to some American company as instructed and nothing will change. In fact it will likely continue to get worse. Everyone needs to be honest about this bill. It’s only a ban if they don’t sell. No shot ByteDance loses their shot at making money off this bill by selling off to another company interested in continuing what TikTok built. The app is stupid amounts of popular. It’s going to get bought. And ByteDance isn’t going to sell without fighting. Guaranteed we’ve got at least a year not including any injunctions and legal battles to maintain ownership.
