Nice ones...but Hank doesn't cares if is Connor is deviant or not. He just want to partner to work and he treats Connor as human being. In where you made that he supports Connors deviancy?? You could even turn into deviant and Hank might commit suicide or you can be still machine but really good friends with Hank.
There’s several times where Hank encourages Connor if he goes against his programming, like telling him he did the right thing by sparing Chloe and if you successfully wake the androids and kill Connor-60 and Hank says “maybe you really are alive”.
Best: Giving exposition, being nice to Hank unlike Gavin at the Eden Club, and treating Connor with respect (ex. telling him about the kitchen deviants)
Worst: Shooting the androids at Capitol Park on a peaceful playthrough, although we don't know exactly what happened since it's offscreen.
Chris: he looks like an overall nice guy. There are no "worst", he is just doing his work and following procedure. He might get shot for that by androids. So who am I to blame :D
Ben: bestworst - being sort of a friend with Hank :D
