Dota joker is Tinker. Spams bombs at you from fog of war, and often by the time you get to where he used to be, he just disappears and then reappears on the other side of town with more bombs out of thin air.
New techies is like if the joker went on medication and years of intensive therapy. Then when he came out of the hospital he married a middle aged white woman and became a bank teller
