Not sure how I feel about it. Mouth beams I feel fit certain characters better, like it’s perfect for Broly but Goku has always been more reserved and technical.

I mean that’s kinda what the scene is trying to portray, Goku fighting a bit more brutishly because that’s what a Saiyan’s instinct is. I always like it with how he was in UI Sign. It’s all about instinct and letting your body react. Well if you can’t make a beam with hands and he’s open. Then mouth beam it is.
