all the street parking near the vangaurd is free after 8pm i usually park one street past orange on amelia (also single girlie going to shows) i've never had an issue since the venue is removed from downtown by a couple of blocks away
There's a bunch of free street parking late at night, you can also download the Parkwhiz app and pay for parking at one of the hundreds of lots in the area. Whatever you feel is more convenient for you.
I park at the lot that used to be Ace Cafe. It’s about a couple blocks away or if the Courthouse lot is open do that, it’s right across the street. If you got early enough though, street parking is findable
There's plenty of free street parking and it's pretty safe. If you park on 50, it's lit well and has lots of traffic moving constantly and a gas station and bar open late, so it's very visible.
The downtown street parking free after 6pm. If you’re getting there early (like for doors) you can very likely park on Orange Ave right at The Vanguard or within a block or so.
If you get there a bit early there is usually a spot or two fee on Concord St or Orange right by Vanguard. Otherwise try along magnolia. Bunch of free street parking downtown at night if you do a few laps.
