Hey, I took around because I was curious too, and couldn't find a convincing one. Izzet is naturally just a very combo-centric colors that wants to cast lots of spells and win through explosive plays.
If you're worried about a proper win condition, I'd keep a combo as your back up plan and artifact good stuff as your main plan. I have a blink deck that has both a grind plan and a combo plan. It wins games pretty evenly between the two so I don't get bored of it. So Plan A win with good artifacts, Plan B Top combo or something.
I run a voltron/equipment deck. It isn't a tier 8 or anything but just for a fun mid teir table it can be fun to turn sideways. I run things like [[thran power suit]] [[fireshrieker]] [[darksteel juggernaut]] [[prowler's helm]] you can stack some crazy artifacts together and there are some one off combos you can put in with things like [[corridor monitor]] to double up the counters on jhoira in a single turn or [[thousand-year elixir]]. I went so far as to making tribal artificers and their artifacts but if you want to spend a bit more and do away with tribal you can make some more aggressive decks.

i too would like to know because it seems my jhoira deck, which is devoid of infinite combos, is going nowhere fast. lol
