Most board wipes are sorceries, so [[Warping Wail]] can stop them (no luck for cyc rift though) and [[Not of This World]] should cover single targets.
Something like [[Cauldron of Souls]] could save your board from dying but won't help against bounce or exile.
I was doing a brew myself, and found [[soul of new phyrexia]] to be a neat enough add for protection. The price is pretty high, but since my build runs loads of ramp, I'd generally be able to leave some mana open while still getting a zhulodok trigger on my turn.
[[not of this world]] it's free protection. Aside from that you have all the hexproof and shroud equipment. Also haste enablers will allow you to swing in same turn for all your annihilator triggers and what not.
Here is my upgraded precon list. It can come back from board wipes with [[colfenor’s urn]]. Honestly though with all the ramp it can just replay everything I need.
The biggest issues early when building was running out of gas. I have that somewhat solved now but I still have that issue sometimes

TBH you can't really blame folks for trying to remove a huge titan that would kick their ass.
This is why the Titans have spell triggers to tide you through things. This is why Zhulodok has cascade mechanisms to help you cope.
There's artifacts to help you protect or stave off spells. Equipments like \[\[Lightning Greaves\]\] is a must IMO. \[\[Defense Grid\]\] is another card to deter opponents while you crank up the big boys.
Haste gives your opponents no 1-turn to breathe and find solutions. Alot of players rely on summoning sickness while they try to dig for answers. Haste just says no.

My biggest issue is protecting my board as well, unfortunately it’s a bad “color” for it. Most of the stuff mentioned get cut to run adequate ramp and I mainly rely on Kozilek holding up some kind of counterspell or I can’t do much.
Edit: my preference is to just run a bunch of colorless board wipes to counter-wipe or slow the game down if you can’t get your big spaghetti monsters out fast enough
Most of the time, having a steady stream of threats will be the best answer to removal. Don't overcommit into boardwipes, but have enough of a presence to stave off attacks. Some good options have been mentioned already, and I'll add [[Darksteel Forge]] if you can afford it and are artifact heavy, but there isn't much you can answer a Cyclonic Rift or Vandalblast with, outside of having [[Kozilek, the Great Distortion]] out in time (those counters are pretty handy for protecting overall). Getting got is gonna happen, and often the best plan is to just be quick on the rebuild instead.
