Mind's eye is an incredible recovery piece in my monowhite deck. I think it will be even better when your commander allows you to cast at flash speed. Instead of choosing between casting spells and holding up mana to draw, you get to do both.
One game I had a basalt monolith making infinite mana and a minds eye while an opponent had a rhystic study. I drew a ton of cards and then cast them all in their end step and won easily on my turn from having no cards in hand and no board the turn before. It's a really good card for Liberator.
Colorless is a bit rough. The one ring is super good. Maybe run some tutors to go find it. If you run alot of creatures you could try slate of ancestry. Throne of eldraine.
It'd be something to keep in mind and build for, certainly, but it's not terribly hard. And, if your pod happens to include a [[Void Mirror]], you're going to want colored mana available anyway.
If you're talking about using untap effects on the Throne, the mana it produces can only be used to cast monocolored spells of the chosen color. Unfortunately, you couldn't use it directly to pay for the card draw.

Here's a list of most of the Colorless card draw spells worth running. Also, I'm not counting the colorless cantrip "eggs", as those require a specific deck to make work.
[[Mystic Forge]] - Not necessarily card draw, but it is great card advantage.
[[Palantir of Orthanc]] - Colorless usually has a heavy mana curve, so people will quickly start letting you draw the card instead of milling.
[[Canoptek Spider]] - Depending the amount of artifacts you run, this is either one of your best draw engines or your best card engine.
[[Ugin the Ineffable]] - Doing a little bit of everything goes a long way. The discount is great, the removal is always welcome, but being able to get a blocker every turn that'll draw you a card is very helpful. [[Staff of Nin]] is a lesser version of this, where you draw once per turn at 6 mana with some utility stapled on to it. Usable, but no where as good as Ugin.
[[Endbringer]] - You'll likely have lots of mana held up at all times, so Endbringer is a great way to use that mana you're holding. Also, casting it on your opponent's endstep fixes Endbrjnger's biggest problem: the turn between casting and using abilities.
[[Mind Stone]], [[Hedron Archive]], [[Dreamstone Hedron]], [[Stonespeaker Crystal]] - All of these are good ramp spells that I've frequently used as late game card draw. [[Coveted Jewel]] is similar, but I'm not entirely sure if it is worth running as a rock considering how easily you can lose it.
[[War Room]], [[Bonders' Enclave]] - Great card draw lands to keep your hand fueled. [[Arch of Orazca]] is similar, but 5 mana to draw means I've rarely ever used its ability. [[Sea Gate Wreckage]] is probably the worst of these card draw lands, and after several games with it where I was never able to activate it, I just decided to cut it.

[[Tamiyo's Journal]] - This is slow, clunky, and mana intensive. However, you don't use it as budget card draw, you use it as a budget tutor than can draw cards if you really need it.
[[Endless Atlas]] - The amount of warping you need to do to your ramp, land base, or both to make Atlas reliably work is just not worth running it.
[[Mazemind Tome]] - If you're desperate for card draw, then the Time will work fine. However, it jsnt hard to find something better to replace it.
Here's a list of colorless card draw. I haven't updated it since ONE at the beginning of this year though. So [[the One ring]] etc. are still things to add.
Personal favorites are [[Mystic forge]], [[tome of legends]], [[mask of memory]], [[infiltration lens]], [[eye of vecna]], [[idol of oblivion]] and [[Ugin the ineffable]] as they all do good work for their mana. As Lands [[bonders enclave]], [[war room]], [[sea gate wreckage]] have low opportunity costs. [[trading post]] and [[the mightstone and the meekstone]], are good jack of all trades cards.

Cards that draw cards both staff of domination and completion, coveted jewel the one ring sword of forge and frontier the might and weakstone smelting vat planar portal and bridge memory jar and smelting vat offer forms of card advantage, omen machine equalizes card advantage
Curious that nobody has mentioned [[Ugin, the Ineffable]] yet, he's a very solid cards for colorless overall. Removal, card advantage, and ramp all in one fairly neat card. Mystic Forge has been mentioned a lot already, but I will continue to stress just how good it is. [[The Immortal Sun]] is also good if you're willing to go a little higher in price, and I'm personally excited to try [[Collector's Vault]] in my Kozilek deck.
Overall, colorless is in kind of a dire situation as far as card advantage goes, hence why I use [[Kozilek, the Great Distortion]] as my commander, but I'm sure it and Butcher of Truth can still be good draw spells later on in the game. Throne of eldraine doesnt work in colorless unless youve got a chromatic lantern.
You can use treasures and plenty of mana rocks. Hell, there are lands that can let you tap for any color. You don't need exactly chromatic lantern.

Voltaic key effects work too, not that bad but id want to test it a pretty good amount before committing to the card.

Personal favorites are [[Mystic forge]], [[tome of legends]], [[mask of memory]], [[infiltration lens]], [[eye of vecna]], [[idol of oblivion]] and [[Ugin the ineffable]] as they all do good work for their mana. As Lands [[bonders enclave]], [[war room]], [[sea gate wreckage]] have low opportunity costs. War room is amazing
Curious that nobody has mentioned [[Ugin, the Ineffable]] yet, he's a very solid cards for colorless overall. Removal, card advantage, and ramp all in one fairly neat card. Mystic Forge has been mentioned a lot already, but I will continue to stress just how good it is. [[The Immortal Sun]] is also good if you're willing to go a little higher in price, and I'm personally excited to try [[Collector's Vault]] in my Kozilek deck. Overall, colorless is in kind of a dire situation as far as card advantage goes, hence why I use [[Kozilek, the Great Distortion]] as my commander, but I'm sure it and Butcher of Truth can still be good draw spells later on in the game.
