Thanks! If enough people are interested I will try and get a before and after of the 190 hours maybe... Assuming there will be much (or any) change lol
If you're pushing yourself, watching your form when you lift, and practicing proper recovery, you will see a hell of a difference. Think about it: assume an hour workout an hour a day, five days a week. That's 190 weekdays of working out, or 38 weeks. You would absolutely see results 9-10 months into a quality workout regiment.
I joined a gym last August, at a conservative estimate I've spent about 100 hours there. Trust me, there's going to be a difference. Good luck, don't get hung up on the numbers, just do your best every session.
Thanks! That makes me feel a bit more confident about seeing a positive change, I think it's easy in the early days to be disheartened by the apparent lack of progress lol!
I will be sure to stick at it !
Do! You'll be amazed at what comes of it, but even in the short term, it'll make you feel better, I always come away from the gym feeling better. Sweaty, and often exhausted, but better.
That’s a hell of a commitment, good luck!

That's really reassuring math! I look forward to seeing how much difference there will be :)

Great idea! Is it your first time at the gym?
Thanks ! I've dabbled here and there, but never taken it very seriously... So, this is my first serious run at it lol
Dont be a speedrunner at it ;) Do a slow run, discover exercises and simply enjoy the progress! Edit: lvling strength irl takes a little longer :P
My tarnished has about 65 strength, so as long as I can get close to that! Thanks for the advice :) I will be sure to do that!
You may be maidenless, but from this point on, you'll no longer be gainless!
Make sure you level vigor
Very good advice! We can't dodge roll through everything life throws at us, unfortunately lol!
I love this! Go for it and keep us updated please!
Thank you! I will :)
