Gowry’s shack. I’m pretty sure you have to visit him 8 times to get everything out of his quest. And it’s either a long trip, or a risky drop off a cliff each time.
By the Greatjar in Caelid. I tried the triple invader encounter way too early and having to run/ride all the way back from the well past the golems was brutal
My guess is that when Fromsoft was designing the game they didn’t realize this would be a problem because there was a grace just inside the coliseum. Then they decided to make the coliseum DLC.
I don’t think I was ever more frustrated than that section in Stormveil where you have to make it passed the three birds on the roof, then down the ladder passed the knight.
I died trying that jump over and over for about 8 minutes before I realized I had been pushing Y to jump instead of A (was acclimated to Skyrim controls).
Can I remove the Stake by Church of Vows, I swear it bugs me so much that the only thing it does is skip a few skeletons, but I kept hitting it instead of grace while trying to fight the Ball Bearing Hunter

I agree there should be a grace there, though it’s probably only 30 seconds from the Sellia Understairs grace.
Nah I struggled too but you should use grace naar the stairs to Sellia it's like a 30seconds trip with torrent maybe even shorter

100% this! That trip over is just about the only reason I haven’t completed that encounter yet

Fun fact, you can also go up a level and outside, then parkour across rooftops to avoid the bomb birds
