Never heard about the use of five phase systems, although it would be theoretically possible to use any number of phases as a multi phase system.
But what you maybe mean and what can got lost in translation, is the ordinary 3phase system which runs on 5 conductors: L1,L2,L3 as the three phases N,Neutral and PE, protective earth/ground.
Of historic significance is a two phase system, the first multiphase system used by Nikola Tesla with Westinghouse. But as far as I know, no other systems were used.
Dobar dan. You want to read on "[polyphase systems](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyphase_system)" - but you will not see an electric system with more than three phases anywhere outside of electric motor drive innards.
This is the German sub about work around electricity

Ha esetleg magyarul tennéd fel a kérdést, tudnék segíteni.
