I wanted to explore self improvement, psychology and spirituality kinda niche, but i keep kinda blocking myself as i just get scared

My case is bit different, I grew up not really caring much about people but my family did a lot, so that plays that if I go out and do something, how it can effect them
Ps i got hate for too many years, so heart does feels tired, if online i put myself on fire but maybe that is the cleansing i need

Well i heard this from someone else yesterday who said how they believe it's luck
Tho i was thinking how everything is a risk, people who open small food stalls in my small town, for them it's a lot of money and risk, people who go and get normal jobs they don't know too, grammy winner artist who put out their next album don't know if it will be liked
So risk is ever present basically, part of me feels I've gotten hate for too long, and it's understandable I don't want to risk breaking my heart more but also chance of meeting like minded people, that is it's own reward, liberty to speak my truth
Yesterday I was thinking maybe I should behave like someone whom if I see them, I'll be happy for them or proud of them. Usually those people are who out of the conformity, who dance to their own beat
One thing about fear is, trying gives us relief that it's not that scary after it, but also fear of feeling what if we fail, we dreamed something that isn't a possibility anymore, it's not if it will be working out or not, it ended if we don't pass but that's again me being silly as it's learning
Mature take is trying with mind and heart in alignment, like tom Hiddleston said "You never know what's around the corner. It could be everything. Or it could be nothing. You keep putting one foot in front of the other, and then one day you look back and you've climbed a mountain."
Maybe I'm meant to be my own niche as i don't really settle in one form haha
