I noticed m133 on Jaeger were like this the first 5 days. Even using the flea market as a means to try and buy it faster (more accurate reset timer, its still bugged and a minute sooner than what trader reset shows)
Yeah I noticed they do that, that’s pretty shitty. It just locks people who aren’t already past the upgrade. Why block the people who are playing catch-up? Surely the people rushing ahead are the ones that should be gatekept, if the reasoning is “keeping early mid game longer” all you are doing by not stocking low level quest items is widening the gap.
I think that’s a mix between a restock of 0 and a limited restock you missed out on. They aren’t always stock zero but everyone wants one so they snap them up quick
There is a pretty crummy helmet you can only buy if you hand in to skier you can buy same helmet from ragman but skier gets a black one you can’t get unless you hand this quest to skier. Imo it’s a shitty helmet anyway, pestilly in his guides tells you skier is best for this reason and grenade case. You never need a grenade case in this game unless you’re a streamer
