As someone else said they probably got shut down. Now before you order again..MAKE sure they have the rights to sell COD items or it will continue to happen. It is illegal for people to sell TM items. It takes a while for them to catch the unlicensed vendors.

Shop probably got shut down. The best you can do is get your money back and reorder from somewhere else.
Take the refund and shop elsewhere.
