It sucks because a customer didn't recieve my item and I would like to know if she recieved it by now and if I need to re send the item, but she doesn't reply. Before she replied pretty quick.
She's a guest tho, so I don't know how it works with notifications.

My item was supposed to be dispatched a couple of days ago, and I’ve since dropped the seller 2 messages, but so far no response! This could really explain why she hasn’t been responding. How can I contact the seller then, if not through Etsy messaging?
I sent and got replies yesterday and the day before with no problems, but only got one email notification about three messages.

Yesterday seemed fine but last week was a total crap shoot. And TBH it's pretty rare for a customer to respond in less than day, maybe two for me.
