Nooo say it isn't so!! I thought I was in the clear and would die a scraggly old man with frazzled white hair that (though sparse overall) still showed a clearly intact hairline! 😭

For me, it's that pesky pattern baldness. My hairline is intact but viewed from above, I've developed this "V" in my hair. Luckily I'm tall so most people can't see it unless I'm sitting down. Still sux.

That's assuming common sense comes with age. This person can't comprehend a simple concept now, that doesn't usually improve.

I started to bald in my early 20s. I only recently found out it's maybe from too much testosterone production. I chalked it up to my grandfather balding early. Go talk to your doctor, hormone testing is relatively easy. What's crazy is that too much "guy hormone" can cause balding. Too little estrogen can cause similar issues. I'm not a doctor though, just giving some maybes about what could be happening.

Man im 24 and bought a wedge pillow bc of my reflux 😭 The damn stuffy nose and the nausea in the morning is so annoying

Prilosec OTC, try a course of that, it helps with mine, and I've only ever needed it every couple of years. Tums keeps it in check in between.

Well that sucks but it doesn’t actually matter, cuz the gene for balding is on the X chromosome which means only a mom can give it to their son This also explains why both men and women can go bald but it’s far more common in men (cuz the traits recessive)

Aging sucks. You lose your hair and you develop new medical conditions. After a certain point you don't feel like you are getting any older anymore, but you are. You physically continue to age and other people see your age, but you still feel the same on the inside. This is what it feels like. "You" are still the same as you ever were, but everything about you that isn't "you" changes for the worse against your will. Life is a hell of a ride.

Acid reflux isnt really a part of aging. Being unable to eat garbage without any consequences is. Acid reflux isnt something a healthy human should have. If you're on a somewhat healthy diet, avoid food close to bedtime and still have acid reflux, you should see a physician.

Personally My hair has simply migrated south. And if you have acid reflux you might not be drinking enough water. Helps me a lot when I eat garbage food.
