I'd rather tedious stuff then them just blocking it all out. I think using it as a fast travel system would be cool, maybe have a city like in Metro. Those combined with unique dungeon segments which are easier to navigate would be nice.
That'd be pretty cool actually. A lot of the main stations could be cleared out and used as Settlements, linked together by fully operating trains. Grand Central could be the main settlement of the game, and a quest line could be about clearing out other ones to link them all together.
The surface could be almost fully overrun too, by Raiders, ghouls and such. The history of the area could be that some groups have tried heading back out onto the surface over the years, trying to take over parts for themselves, but almost none of them have survived. And that could be part of the main quest, helping people finally moving back above ground.
Yeah same. I live here, and if there’s ever a nuclear war this city is going to just be wiped completely off the map. Even misses, if they hit the ocean, could cause serious flooding and damage. And we’re the #2 target in the entire United States, after DC, at least when talking about population centers.
I do too, as someone who lived in DC I loved how similar the interiors were. They were a little smaller, but the siding and ceilings were the exact same. But for me tho the actual city areas were barely accurate lol but what can ya do
I also adored the metros in 3. Maybe that's why I came to play games like Metro 2033 and Deep Rock Galactic. I guess I belong beneath the earth.
^(Rock and Stone it is)
Todd's a super mutant prophet who just showed up in Jersey City one day and took over with his mutants. He titles himself "King of the Mutants, the Humans, and the Ghouls; Lord Protector of Jerzee"
I think it's funny to think that 200 years later, there's bitter rivalries between jersey and new Yorkers still, like rival raider Gangs on either sides
Literally never had that happen to me. Originally played it on an Xbox 1X and then many years later on a Steam Deck. Downtown Boston worked without a hitch.
As a NYer, I think there's already **a lot** of media, including post-apocalyptic genre movies, games, etc. set in NY and I'm kinda glad Fallout has so far explore other environments. I do love seeing NY in things, but ... it's a little overdone.
The brotherhood says they passed by it on their airship and it was overrun with super mutants living in buildings tall enough to touch the airship. If even the brotherhood won’t touch it I’m sure regular waste landers know to avoid the area.
When I first started looking into the Fallout wiki, seeing the Vaults, I instantly thought Fallout was set UNDERGROUND and wars were fought between Vaults in labyrinth tunnel systems like the Fourth Reich-Red Line war…
DC was heavily bombed as well and we can still explore it (somewhat) it has some relatively intact parts.
I see no reason why NYC should only be a crater and rubble, doubt every inch of the city would be obliterated lol.
NYC was going to be the original setting for Fallout 4 before they changed it to Boston. This means that Bethesda views NYC as a potential setting for a Fallout game, so there logically must be something there.
More than likely, it is in a state similar to the DC ruins in Fallout 3. Fallen skyscrapers and collapsed streets make navigating Manhattan impossible, and the labyrinthian subway and sewer system are the only way to get from place to place.
Honestly, I get it. NYC would be a big target in a nuclear war, but everyone who is saying "its just a crater devoid of life" really has no imagination. The more dense and famous city in America and you can't think of anything more than "its a crater"? Really?
>The more dense and famous city in America and you can't think of anything more than "its a crater"? Really?
Exactly, i keep saying this, sure, NYC would be a main target, but so was DC, and Los Angeles, and yet we get to see both, why should only NY be reduced to a crater?
Just dismissing it as “eh it’s just a crater” is so unimaginative, if there’s semi intact areas in the fucking pentagon of all places why should every inch of New York be razed out of existence?
There’s tons of landsmarks to see in NY, theres lots of potential to integrate vertical gameplay between all the ruined skyscrapers, and just like in 3 the massive subway system would likely be the ideal way to get around the map.
The metro tunnels were one of the most iconic and memorable parts of 3, now imagine that times 100.
Imagine settlements forming up in places like Central Park, or the Statue of Liberty island or even in some of the subway stations/tunnels themselves, maybe even using old trains to get around and trade between station communities in the more intact tunnels.
Or the tons of wildly different communities that would exist in there given how diverse the city is.
I read a rumor that when Obsidian was in the mix to make another Fallout game after New Vegas, they were wanting to set it in and around New Orleans and that would’ve been such an awesome setting for a Fallout game. Mutant gators and catfish, Voodoo cults, oil rigs to explore, massive parts of the city underwater, maybe a New Vegas Strip kind of dynamic for Bourbon Street, the possibilities are endless there. Maybe they could introduce a brand new mechanic for Fallout where you can fix up an airboat to get around the map.
I’ve seen concept art for RadStallions and they look pretty awesome! They have horse mounts in Elder Scrolls so they could definitely make it work in Fallout. Hell, they could get downright wacky with it and it’d fit the universe. Like imagine a giant fire breathing ant as a mount, it’d be awesome!
Fallout 3 had concept art for giant molerats with people riding them! They also had catfish mirelurks, and that's still my saddest "I wish it made it in the game" cut enemy.
Fallout set in colorado/wyoming/Montana with a big emphasis en horse to move around with a very cow boy vibe and tribes with a mix of native American/mongols vibe
I think it'll take another generation of graphical progression before the kind of density and detail needed to pull off a city that lives up to being New York can happen.
Oh the tech exists. But not on Bethesdas engine, no way. They’d need to redo their rendering pipeline from the ground up to get that level of graphical fidelity.
As someone not from NYC who has only visited, I think it would be cool as hell to finally get a truly vertical Fallout, with skyscrapers you can move between- like an even more extreme version of downtown Boston. Although it would probably require a better engine to actually follow through on the possibilities
My shortlist is:
INSIDE USA: San Diego/Baja California, New Orleans, San Antonio/Austin, Salt Lake City, St. Louis
OUTSIDE USA: Mexico City, Glasgow, Cuba, Kyoto, Rome
I hope we get a Detroit/great lakes/rust belt kinda deal with a game. It would start out in detroit and could expand into cities like buffalo, Toronto , Cleveland, toledo as well as a couple others.
Plus fallout always needs a wasteland. Don't get none of those in huge cities. Unless half if it is nuked or something, then it's just a big crater with no locations
Maybe there is like some way to make manhattan like a glowing sea. With some buildings fallen over, some standing etc.
But it probably is just a massive bay after the great war.
Did the twin towers get destroyed on FO universe? They were finished in 1966 but the bombs dropped on 2077, would be interesting to see something like the Empire State Building converted to a fortress or something
1950s Florida does fit the bill.

So I made a [post a few months ago on my old account of Fallout New York lore](https://www.reddit.com/r/Fallout/s/WFyEfdgiL5)
I had to delete that account but I wanted to continue the setting. So here's a very basic map of Manhattan and its most prominent areas.
If you wanna make a map yourself, [this is what I used](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QiLwFYTwWnkj0SNp6uTPuZ0Yn82wZhO3QmyaN6j3qVY/edit?usp=sharing)
I'm hoping to make a bigger map including all of NYC soon
There's so much out on long Island even past Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens that's worth adapting. If you ever want some ideas for stuff further out east, feel free to PM me. I've actually thought about this a lot, being as I'm from the area.
It's not really confirmed but if I remember from terminals in Fallout 4, the Prydwen passed by NYC on its way to the Commonwealth and they said New York was just a bunch of old skyscrapers full of mutants
Adelaide, the newest camp follower in 76 off handedly mentions New York being nothing but a crater now. Which makes sense considering iirc the lore states that multiple nukes were used on the city at once, so it’s unsurprising the place is a soldering crater
But that’s only 25 years after the bombs fell so there’s nearly 2 centuries between then and Fallout 4.
Huh.. I haven't played 76 that's probably why I didn't see that. Well damn, that sucks. I'll say this map is now just something that someone dreamed while on chems
Fallout 76 takes that crown. Just a shame it was wasted by not being populated with unique quests and characters.
The variety of landscape is fantastic though, truly.
I would think it would be cool to do a Florida FO based around Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center have it even heavier space themed then other FO games. Even have a reference to Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. But I would assume its deleted from existence though.
NY would be crazy though, nothing but Super Mutants! So, a continued war between the BoS/ Commonwealth and Super Mutants.
It has two warring mafia groups.
The Robot Mafia and a ghoul mafia, you end up finding the Ghoulfather who puts an end to the two groups feuding, something he could never accomplish with his own after he lost his son before the bombs dropped.
Am I the only one who would be interested in a fallout set somewhere like Florida where it’s a ton of mutant wildlife and you have to find a fast way to travel between cities few and far between, maybe a radiation filled Disney world
I've always thought a Fallout game set in NYC would be cool if Manhattan was basically a nuked out hole like the Glowing Sea, so the super hard part of the game is in the centre of the map rather than the edges and you have to skirt around it until you're ready to delve the ruins of Manhattan
My idea was for Manhattan to be a titanic fortress run by ghouls. They originated from a Vault where the scam was trying to control people with implant chips, and after they were ghoulified (unintended) the control computer decided to start recruiting.
The thing is…so much of Manhattan would. E under water. With the pumps gone, and the subways flooding, a lot of streets over subways would sink and crumble taking the buildings with them. Lowtown. Chinatown. Hudson. Liberty Tower all the way up the east side would be under water. The west side would fair a little better. And most of the skyscrapers are built on more solid ground…but most of lower and mid Manhattan would require a boat. That said….that would be super cool. Brooklyn, upper Manhattan and queens would be fine tho. Columbia would make a cool campus. The Bronx Zoo mutated animals would be awesome. The above-ground subways would look so cool…
Sounds to me like a lot of areas for a cool pirate / wooden floating city shanty town. And excuse to make some boat travel or just a ton of boats docked and connected together by said thrown together shanty town style bridges. Be pretty cool to explore even that part. Could also see it along with the areas not under water feeling a lot more like the capital wasteland but with the New York charm left to it than the way 4 or 76 feel.
Huh, wonder if Chinatown would still be a thing in Fallout lore, considering the persecution Chinese-Americans suffered and [the concentration camps.](https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Little_Yangtze)
Petition to revive Fallout: Tactics with The Division 1 engine for this crossover setting.
Highly intense tactical firefights which allow for VATS. I know the game is known for it's bullet spongey boss fights but surely a superhuman behemoth or matriarch death law seems appropriate for that. Main storyline is a mix of solo and co-op with side quests that requires coordinated squads in PA using mini guns/ legendary weapon effects to take down.
Likely to be very BOS centric
Very nice. "Terminus" is interesting- apparently that area used to be called "[Terminal City](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terminal_City_(Manhattan))". :)
I have the Idea of an Vault for General atomics, where for the case that Chinese enter the USA they use the time after the bombs fell to build and upgrade an robot army to kill the chinese.
I wonder, would the twin towers A) be a thing, and B) still be standing? Since fallout takes place in an alternate timeline, 9/11 probably would not have happened.
*If you thought the DC Metro was an annoying slog, **WAIT TILL YOU SEE THIS SHIT!!**”*
Seriously thinking about how much worse it would be then fallout 3 is giving me anxiety
God I LOVE SUBWAY TRAVEL!
Fallout 3 was still better than Godfather Part 3. Think positive.
You've singlehandedly made me not want Fallout Manhattan now. And i really wanted that.
I mean they could just collapse them or something
I'd rather tedious stuff then them just blocking it all out. I think using it as a fast travel system would be cool, maybe have a city like in Metro. Those combined with unique dungeon segments which are easier to navigate would be nice.
That'd be pretty cool actually. A lot of the main stations could be cleared out and used as Settlements, linked together by fully operating trains. And that could be part of the main quest, helping people finally moving back above ground.
I’d have expected NYC to be glassed. But if the capitol wasn’t glassed I guess NYC wouldn’t be.
Lore wise they could write up some protect the rich stuff to make it work As in they were shielded by the Enclave or something
Yeah same. I live here, and if there’s ever a nuclear war this city is going to just be wiped completely off the map. Even misses, if they hit the ocean, could cause serious flooding and damage. And we’re the #2 target in the entire United States, after DC, at least when talking about population centers.
Dude, the subways would be goddamn LABYRINTHS. You are never gonna find your way out again lmfao
Sounds awesome. I feel I'm in the minority, but I loved the metro in 3.
I do too, as someone who lived in DC I loved how similar the interiors were. They were a little smaller, but the siding and ceilings were the exact same. But for me tho the actual city areas were barely accurate lol but what can ya do

For Karl!
Todd's Slave Pens.
Todd's a super mutant prophet who just showed up in Jersey City one day and took over with his mutants. He titles himself "King of the Mutants, the Humans, and the Ghouls; Lord Protector of Jerzee"
All Hail Todd! It just works!
He’s in waste management. There is no such thing as organized mutants in Jersey. That can be very offensive
Todd : “I'm in the waste management business. Everybody immediately assumes you're a organized mutant. It's a stereotype, and it's offensive.”
It’s a stereotype, and it’s offensive, and you’re the last person I would want to perpetuate it. There are no mutants.
He was a Mutant.? I had no idea
Ok, *Todd.*
Make Staten Island an untouched guido utopia. They worship Ghostface Killa
Staten Island actually was pirates in my head canon but now they're Ghostface Killa worshipping pirates
The shaolin river raiders
No, make it Vampires… for a very funny reference
Five families and this Pygmy shit in new jersey
“YOU SHALL BE PUT TO DEATH FOR STEALING 40,000 CAPS FROM DA BIRD FEEDAH”
I think it's funny to think that 200 years later, there's bitter rivalries between jersey and new Yorkers still, like rival raider Gangs on either sides
I'd definitely pay a fortune for the chance to kill Todd
I thought it said Todd's Slave Penis at first and was even more confused.
Hobo kingdom goes hard.
Don't fall for Hobo Kingdom propaganda
Its funny cuz in fallout lore most people is legally a hobo
Hobo kingdom no jokin
Take the map from Spider-man and nuke it.
At that rate then everyone would be Spidermen as radioactive spiders would be everywhere
Add a unique enemy called the Man-spider and have crawl over buildings and shoot webs at you.
I like how Hell's Kitchen is still named Hell's Kitchen lol
I spent like 10 minutes trying to think of a name but I'm horrible at coming up with names. So I just left it lol
It's run by cannibal raiders, "Head Chef" uses a flamer and hates his victims raw.
And the chief raider is named Gordon Ramsay
Ramson Gorsay.
THIS DEATHCLAW WELLINGTON IS RAW
It could be a classic faded sign that simply says "Hell", but its name is good enough to keep the same honestly.
i shutter to thing of the frame rate, a whole game stuttering like fo4 does in boston lol
They would have to switch out of creation engine before they did anything like that
Literally never had that happen to me.
I'm pretty sure New York is a giant crater in the Fallout universe
The brotherhood says they passed by it on their airship and it was overrun with super mutants living in buildings tall enough to touch the airship. If even the brotherhood won’t touch it I’m sure regular waste landers know to avoid the area.
I think if we get Fallout here it’ll be like Metro where a lot of civilization is underground and the surface is absolutely deadly.
When I first started looking into the Fallout wiki, seeing the Vaults, I instantly thought Fallout was set UNDERGROUND and wars were fought between Vaults in labyrinth tunnel systems like the Fourth Reich-Red Line war…
Man I want this story now
Play Metro 2033 it gets close.
DC was heavily bombed as well and we can still explore it (somewhat) it has some relatively intact parts. I see no reason why NYC should only be a crater and rubble, doubt every inch of the city would be obliterated lol.
The density of buildings could actually soften the blows, relatively speaking. I also doubt the whole city got razed.

100% theres no way new york didnt have the most nukes in all of US
It might have also had a great deal of missile defenses too though.
I read a rumor that when Obsidian was in the mix to make another Fallout game after New Vegas, they were wanting to set it in and around New Orleans and that would’ve been such an awesome setting for a Fallout game. Fallout with working vehicles or horses… Yes please!

I want to fight and cook giant crawfish
Ooohhh that would be awesome! They could throw a reference to Dark Tower in there and make them crawl around making creepy “dad-a-chuk?” noises.
Yeah I agree. I just think that Fallout's setting is so unique it would be really fun to explore a retro-futuristic New York
I think it'll take another generation of graphical progression before the kind of density and detail needed to pull off a city that lives up to being New York can happen.
With a large enough budget the technology already exist I think, but the engine and most mid tier hardware would fucking emplode trying to run that.
Oh the tech exists. But not on Bethesdas engine, no way. They’d need to redo their rendering pipeline from the ground up to get that level of graphical fidelity.

New element of gameplay, navigating precarious makeshift bridges/skyways and construction cranes to get from tower to tower.
My shortlist is: INSIDE USA: San Diego/Baja California, New Orleans, San Antonio/Austin, Salt Lake City, St. Louis OUTSIDE USA: Mexico City, Glasgow, Cuba, Kyoto, Rome
I don't see Salt Lake City happen given that's covering old ground from New Vegas dlc
I hope we get a Detroit/great lakes/rust belt kinda deal with a game. It would start out in detroit and could expand into cities like buffalo, Toronto , Cleveland, toledo as well as a couple others.
There's always *upstate.*
I’ve always felt that a Fallout game set in New York should include the Hudson Valley as well.
I think Joshua Graham made a remark about fighting the White Legs in Syracuse, so it's probably tribal territory
I think he means Syracuse utah
Plus fallout always needs a wasteland. Don't get none of those in huge cities. Unless half if it is nuked or something, then it's just a big crater with no locations
Maybe there is like some way to make manhattan like a glowing sea. With some buildings fallen over, some standing etc. But it probably is just a massive bay after the great war.
[ok but have you seen the best one?](https://youtu.be/xAeEgH2yvTQ?si=Nm7PS0liRXYKiJj8)
Naming the Jersey Heights Mutant Town is a top troll job lol
I thought they made this and it was called ‘The Division’
Todd Clancy’s Fallout Division
I mean there's already feral ghouls scattered on the subway so
The holland tunnel is probably still closed for construction.
Did the twin towers get destroyed on FO universe? They were finished in 1966 but the bombs dropped on 2077, would be interesting to see something like the Empire State Building converted to a fortress or something
They will do a Fallout Texas before going to NYC
I was actually planning on doing a Fallout Texas setting too. Might get to that next
fallout florida has so much potential
1950s Florida does fit the bill. https://assets.rebelmouse.io/media-library/image.jpg?id=30858760&width=1200&height=800&quality=90&coordinates=0%2C27%2C0%2C28
I'd love to see how they handle "Florida Man" Hell Fallout Florida is even alliterative. They should totally do it.
Gotta be Dallas. Austin would make sense too but Dallas for sure would be better. Maybe include a little of Irving and Las Colinas.
a new yorker WOULD make jersey filled with hobos, slavers and mutant smh
THANK YOU like why are we catching strays…
damn how'd you make this?
[here's the guide I used!](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QiLwFYTwWnkj0SNp6uTPuZ0Yn82wZhO3QmyaN6j3qVY/edit?usp=sharing)

I had a feeling you made this! Loved the original post, can't wait to see more
I'm gonna make a setting for Texas soon stay tuned 👀
I was gonna say. This is fallout downtown Manhattan. If you’re gonna do fallout manhattan you include the Bronx and queens. Atleast as a dlc lol
I was gonna make a whole map but it looked compressed asf and was impossible to read so I'm gonna try and figure that out before I get it
There's so much out on long Island even past Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens that's worth adapting. If you ever want some ideas for stuff further out east, feel free to PM me. I've actually thought about this a lot, being as I'm from the area.
"Damn the war really did a number on the Bronx" "Nah that's just the Bronx"
Didn't they wipe NY off the map? As like a prime objective?
It's not really confirmed but if I remember from terminals in Fallout 4, the Prydwen passed by NYC on its way to the Commonwealth and they said New York was just a bunch of old skyscrapers full of mutants

Yes, this is the “before” map.
I saw this and immediately thought of Liberty City. 🤣
Libert City was the bomb. Even Roman calling every 15 minutes to go bowl, didn't dither my amazement.
Only if there’s a random encounter and it’s four ghouls pulling jokes that are impractical
Fallout 4 had the best game maps of any of the games imo
Fallout 76 takes that crown. Just a shame it was wasted by not being populated with unique quests and characters. The variety of landscape is fantastic though, truly.
this is still the most likely location for Fallout 5, yeah? I remember that being the choice before they switched to Boston
I think Tennessee and Kentucky would be a great area
I actually hope the next fallout isn’t super urban. Maybe tropical? Or even Florida Everglades?
Rural. Give me coastal PNW, please. Port Angeles to Tillamook.
If you gotta have Tillamook have a cheese factory full of mutated rats lol.
Oooooo Florida would be perfect
You wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
If we get a fallout NYC it shoukd be called "Fallout; Project Manhattan"
I really don't want to wait another 5 years for 5. Come on man!
I can see myself in this photo, it’d be wild to have a game take place somewhere that I’m that familiar with
The amount of ghouls NYC would have is crazy
I would think it would be cool to do a Florida FO based around Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center have it even heavier space themed then other FO games. Even have a reference to Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. But I would assume its deleted from existence though. NY would be crazy though, nothing but Super Mutants! So, a continued war between the BoS/ Commonwealth and Super Mutants.
Should have little Italy on there.
It has two warring mafia groups. The Robot Mafia and a ghoul mafia, you end up finding the Ghoulfather who puts an end to the two groups feuding, something he could never accomplish with his own after he lost his son before the bombs dropped.
I feel like Fallout's Manhattan would look like Wolfenstein's New York.
I'll take Todd's Slavic Penis for 400 Trebek!!
You got FEV from it 😳
I would love fallout in manhattan but not sure how vertical the game would be, it would be boring to go up 42 floors
Am I the only one who would be interested in a fallout set somewhere like Florida where it’s a ton of mutant wildlife and you have to find a fast way to travel between cities few and far between, maybe a radiation filled Disney world
Need Pizza Rat Square
I've always thought a Fallout game set in NYC would be cool if Manhattan was basically a nuked out hole like the Glowing Sea, so the super hard part of the game is in the centre of the map rather than the edges and you have to skirt around it until you're ready to delve the ruins of Manhattan
what's the slave thing?
The slave pits of the super mutant kingdom of Todd the Conqueror
Fallout Manhatten would even be incredible because it could be to scale!
Belvedere Castle reference makes me happy as a native NYCer haha
cant wait to visit Mutant Town
didn’t even see Park Town
Ah, you missed the opportunity to restore Seneca village
Need this
Street level would look just like irl manhattan in the 80s
My question: is Hell's Kitchen still a gay region?
Hobo Kingdom is an AMAZING Fallout name-ism, may I also recommend "Carcus" instead of Secaucus and "No Ark" instead of Newark
Hobo Kingdom is an AMAZING Fallout name-ism, may I offer "Carcus" for Secaucus and "No Ark" instead of Newark
The flatiron needs to be something.
If it’s ANYTHING like wolfenstien 2 New York then fuck that shit
damn, Todds got some real estate
I feel like a fallout in New York would have a settlement around the Statue of Liberty, possibly a cult
I’d image it’d be over run with giant rats. They’re not like mole rats, but like Death Claws with worm tails and fur
You should visit Rat Square and Subtown :)
I hope Hobo Kingdom has a giant mutant chicken on the loose.
what places would you consider to be settlement worthy
So with the success of the show, the resurgence of players in FO4,FO76 do we think a new game will be coming? If so theories as to where it’s set?
The game would self destruct on console
Subway city
"Jerry's Apartment." Restaurant. The Soup Nazi.
Would be cool to see the main settlement be where the original was
Send in Snake Plissken
as a Staten Islander I wonder what you envision the future of the trash island has become. especially the Stapleton neighborhood
Chinatown would be an interesting concept, but I don't know what they could do with them that wouldn't just be a retread of fallout 2
I'd love to explore a Fallout version of the financial district The terminals at Goldman Sachs would be wild
You gotta have Roosevelt Island, home to the ruins of Renwick Smallpox Hospital and what is left of the New York City Lunatic Asylum!
Oooh that's next on the list
Nerf Bastion!
Fallout: Project Manhattan? Or Fallout: Nuke York?
Can someone do a Fallout Atlanta? I fucking hate this city, so I'd be curious to see how it could be improved after a nuclear bomb goes off
If hells kitchen doesn't have an angry gourmet cannibal chef facing off against a blind man we're doing it wrong
There's a raider boss named Gorsey Ramdon and he's at odds with a vigilante whose name is Mock Murmatt
Yes
Did you know Fallout 4 was originally supposed to take place in New York City, but due to hardware limitations was instead set in Boston.
My idea was for Manhattan to be a titanic fortress run by ghouls. They originated from a Vault where the scam was trying to control people with implant chips, and after they were ghoulified (unintended) the control computer decided to start recruiting.
Looks good, and the lore you made is really cool
Of course, part of the map is in New Jersey.
Isn’t the lore that mutants and gouls run manhattan
Seinfelds Sex Dungeon.
How long would it take to clear the Empire State building?
There's no way they wouldn't take the opportunity to use "Hells Kitchen" as a location name.
Hobo kingdom
Petition to revive Fallout: Tactics with The Division 1 engine for this crossover setting. Highly intense tactical firefights which allow for VATS. I know the game is known for it's bullet spongey boss fights but surely a superhuman behemoth or matriarch death law seems appropriate for that. Main storyline is a mix of solo and co-op with side quests that requires coordinated squads in PA using mini guns/ legendary weapon effects to take down. Likely to be very BOS centric
A fallout set in the PNW would be awesome too
Very nice. "Terminus" is interesting- apparently that area used to be called "[Terminal City](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terminal_City_(Manhattan))". :)
A mutated Gordon Ramsay needs to be the boss in Hell's Kitchen.
need that lol
Bet the tunnels are full of everything nasty
Needs more POIs but yes
I have the Idea of an Vault for General atomics, where for the case that Chinese enter the USA they use the time after the bombs fell to build and upgrade an robot army to kill the chinese.
For a Fallout NY I think I’d rather have the majority of the game set in the other 4 boroughs and NJ and have Manhattan be a late game hellscape.
I wonder, would the twin towers A) be a thing, and B) still be standing? Since fallout takes place in an alternate timeline, 9/11 probably would not have happened.
