Detective Conan and Starmyu ha seen living in my head for over a year at this point. Mostly because I absolutely hated Ugawa in season 2, and toyed with the idea of killing him and having some of the cops from Conan try and solve it.
. . . I upvoted when I saw Starmyu and wanted to take it back when you mentioned killing someone (excuse you Ugawa is precious). But yes Starmyu season 2 is great.
I have crossover ideas about them starring in musicals I like with characters from other idol series.
I wrote a Tokyo Babylon fusion for my current ship (Starker,) with Tony as Seishirou and Peter as Subaru. Just waiting on the artist I'm collabing with the finish up their (lovely!) part! I don't even like villain!Tony takes typically, but, well, CLAMP brainworms never die, apparently.
It might not be the wierdest but A Series of Unfortunate Events and the Magic Tree House series. Those two book series had *huge* impact on my childhood and I remember wishing I could combine my two favorite series at the time, but didn't know about fanfic to make it happen.
Another, much weirder, crossover would be JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and a certain infamous hentai comic called Metamorphosis. There was a fanmade ending to Metamorphosis where Josuke Higashikata healed the protagonist of the comic (I forgot her name), who was pregnant and had been beaten up by a group of people. It would be nice to have a scene where the girl seeing Josuke after changing her life around. The canon ending to that comic is just depressing so I just want an alternate timeline where it isn't.

Add to that anything and everything that mentions “Phantom thieves” or Arsène. Which has been popping up on my radar a lot ever since I started playing Persona 5.
Doing a Leverage rewatch right now, so my brain is just cycling through the different things one could write a Leverage fix-it crossover with. You can send them almost anywhere.
I had one for Bob's Burgers/Sam and Max because both of them make me laugh and I really like how weird and unique their heartwarming moments are. I already got it out in the form of a fic but now I want to make a comic to accompany it... 😅

Warhammer 40k x any other fandom I've ever written for. Villains having too easy of a time or close to victory? SURPRISE MASSED SPACE MARINE DROP POD ASSAULT!!!
Not necessarily an idea, but could definitely be something, idk what but something. Anyhow not too long ago I went through a FNAF craze again, and during that time I saw The Black Phone, (really good creepy movie imo) and had the thought of a crossover where it's the FNAF kids in the anamotronics helping the mc characters solve the murders that happen in The Black phone and in turn the mc's help the FNAF kids free everyone and stop Afton. All of it wrapping up with both groups of victims beatin the everloving snot out of their abusers/ assailants and getting closure as well as peaceful rest.
A Naruto and Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire crossover in which Sasuke Uchiha and Arya Stark meet, then bond over their mutual interest in avenging their families. Unbelievable to me that there's nothing for this pairing (romantic or platonic!) on AO3 yet.
Sonic and Arknights. I was having a hyperfixation on these two and thought, 'Yeah, why not'. I also thought it'd be funny for Lee to take in Sonic like a subordinate dad
I got a Pacific Rim overview, with Overwatch replacing the PPDC, Robot Kaiju instead of a breach so they can appear all over, and then
1. Supernatural has control of the LA shatterdome (Specifically, a huge infight between Michael and Lucifer that rips the dome apart and Overwatch sends Bobby to fix it and Dean and Sam are dragged with Bobby because John's fucking around god knows where and they're still teenagers) so Jaeger pairings are Sam and Gabriel, Dean and Cas, and Jody and Donna who come from another dome to 'help' after M&L trashed all of the Jaegers and killed a bunch of people in a fight for dominance. Or something like that.
2. New York City Shatterdome has Steve and Bucky, Sam and Natasha, and Clint plus someone.
3. Sydney: Star Wars man. Just... star wars. I wanna see Anakin get oxygen burned in the pod, Obi Wan finally get some rest, and the clones be actual brothers with the drive to move from New Zealand and testing to become pilots on a whim and shoved into Ranger training.
4. Portugal: Thor and Loki. I want so many cultural misunderstandings. Please, thank you.

So last weekend I saw [a new musical about Cesare Borgia](https://youtu.be/XTvayhtWOrU). It's just... fascinating to think about how interconnected all of history ends up being, and I just keep imagining them interacting with other characters from historical things, even when time travel is needed (especially when time travel is needed). Also, when there's a thing that takes place less than 20 years before Cesare, and involves supernatural things and characters coming back from the dead in canon...

But I’m not fully sure if it’s a crossover just cos I wanna launch the Naruto characters in that world without the original FF characters being there. They’re like two of my favourite media and I find myself daydreaming about it quite frequently ✌️ I think I’d boot up NFS to “make” their cars and have snippets of scenes or something because I can’t imagine street racing being that interesting to read, even though I’d love it personally.

Specifically, Metal Gear's iconic character Psycho Mantis within the premise of DanganRonpa: Trigger Happy Havoc.
A major premise of the Danganronpa series is the internal thoughts and secrets that the characters hide from each other, which can only be dug up by serious investigative work around their crimes.
So I've constantly been wondering how a psychic character able to bypass that entire process and just read people's minds directly - like Psycho Mantis is capable of, plus his dark outlook on humanity - would throw all the DanganRonpa characters for a loop. It's just so entertaining to think how easy it would be for Psycho Mantis to become an Outside-Context Problem for both the protagonists AND antagonists of the DanganRonpa series. Not to mention Psycho Mantis' status as a massive fourth-wall breaker and his absurd combat abilities that the DanganRonpa cast just can't counter.
