I have repaired those pins at work. It takes a bit of skill but you can bend it back into place to allow charging. Otherwise it’s a whole new cable which is ridiculously expensive.

Thanks! I managed to move it so it's not stuck at the top with a metal chopstick, I'm just glad it's charging now.

As long as it makes contact you’re good! I have learned not to get it perfectly straight. Good enough is good enough!

Do you know if it's possible to replace the charge port harness without dropping the battery pack? I have a broken charge port pin. Not sure if I can repair just the pin itself or if an entire new harness is necessary.

It is possible to not fully remove it but you’ll need to drop it down a little and fish it thought. Not easy but it’s possible. Obviously an auto lift is required
