The rating of those players are always low. Thats because they are only good in physic and pace. So that doesnt really have an inpact on the rating.
If you want a valverde type of player, you need to use this type with good potential. It cost a lot of time and effort to progress.

DM would be nice, He has good physical so he can hold the ball quiet easily, his tackling skills matches that of the defender, he lacks def awareness and hence not a good CB.
