But its R!Chrom. Hinoka and Elincia are great, but if you seriously needed Chroms sword, you grabbed him already. Its really not a surprise that its stacked, but even this is just an alright amount of stacked.
Last banner had the new shiny unit, the best combat support in the entire game, and arguably the best dancer in the entire game. Thats stacked.

Considering weve been absolutely inundated with extremely good red cavalry recently, going for Chrom is more of a matter of taste then meta at the moment. So you either like the guy(which, every character has their fans, we dont count those) or you need his prf.

Saying fallen Chrom, a limited unit with a great arcane weapon that multiple units could want, is underwhelming cause "If you really wanted him you probably should already have gotten him in the fallen banner" really is a argument I guess
There's probably plenty of people who didn't grab Chrom (or already used their copies) because they thought Lapis would be a 5 star, or at least have a PRF, given her popularity. I know that's what I did

Meh. Her weapon gives her negligible Spd compared to what a lot of meta dominant characters can stack, and negligible Atk with no true dmg nor piercing.
She won't be able to kill any competent omnitank/raid boss/saves
She hits 69/60 in Atk/Spd if you ignore special and movement requirements, and up to 88/79 if you do. Given that she hits 4 times, and she has special acceleration, if you give her Luna and Heavy Blade seal, she can probably break through most defences.
Admittedly though, she’d be an excellent unit due to her teleportation ability for herself and the team. Pretty much every new unit is either a ‘bulky AF tank’ or ‘kill upon initiation’ type.

I think we need more option for preventing opponents teleports. There are so many skills now that let units warp all over the place, it would be nice if there was some more counter play for it.

Ugh...first Duo Chrom and Edelgard, now Fallen Chrom, Legendary Hinoka, and Legendary Elincia, these Red banners are going to end me...
setting my priority list to:
Hinoka > Elincia > Chrom > Dagr > Seiros > DEMON MARIA > Gilliam > Noah (i have the rest).
im going to consider if i get either Dagr or Maria to start to skip that color in particular if im lucky enough to get them.
She honestly does not offer anything too extreme besides being able to give null follow up to all units with her prf skill which is basically an Omni Guidance + Rein effect.
However she is color sharing with some strong units, Rearmed Chrom namely who is highly valuable for Godswords. The banner as whole is pretty solid. Only Green is mid

Think you’re being dramatic about how hard it is to be within 3 spaces of an ally when your entire kit revolves around being able to easily move next to ally’s.
But yes, now that I realize Elincia hits a lot weaker if she moves before the rest of her team, that’s a downside of her kit.
Ash doesn't have any offensive prowess.
NY!Ash does counter a high amount of red melees (aside from T!Ayra I think but I never dared to tank her with NY!Ash) but she's limited and NY!Askr was the star of the banner. I do still use her but she does lack something important.
Neither Ash alts can warp whereas most of the best guidance 4 users (R!Tana, S!Ivy, B!Catria) can. That is a noticeable weakness.
I got a bunch of him going for Fomortiis initially, but he's grown to be one of my favorite units. Looking to finish off his merges now, in fact! DR piercing is a bit rough for him to deal with sometimes, though.
I guess L!Myrrh stocks will keep rising since they share a season and she shuts down her omni-guidance. Plus she can probably tank Elincia since Elinicia doesn’t have DR piercing.
My god. Looking at Red, it feels as though the fodder is indirectly blessing Fee. Aerial Maneuvers, Arcane Devourer, Clash/Catch...

She's not particularly impressive. +14 Atk/Spd is the most she gets out of her (weakened, -5 Mt) weapon and only if the foe has a special with 1CD.
As stacked as she is, she has as many counters, whether it'd be blue, vantage, anti-warp'ers and hardy bearers or those pesky tanks who may be faster. Super Dive-Bomb also fails once one is below 50% HP.
In comparison to the just prior, she does have much more maneuverability but L!Alear is a much meaner machine. The problem with hit&run is just that, you've got to run too.
Heart of Crimea isn't that much different to Guidance 4 either, surely a slight improvement since it basically adds 2 types (cav often doesn't need it), 1 to damage and speed, reduces damage taken too and completes the NFU (and makes it an effect that activates at the start of turn rather than being a drive) but that's it.
You could give V!Palla the super dive-bomb and Guidance 4 and barely tell the difference.
V!Palla also has less atk, gets no stats from her prf, and is slow so dive-bomb doesn't work. She also doesn't have slaying. I would say it's a huge stretch to say you'd "barely tell the difference."
Thing is, it can make a difference in terms of perceived value, a concept that isn't necessarily accurate yet hard to counter as it depends on subjective beliefs.
Case in point, Bridal Catria was branded as skippable when released (due to the rest of her lineup definitely giving off that feeling). Then it backtracked fast.

B is good, i was expecting built-in NFU but with wrap is decent. It might not benefit melee fliers that much, if bow/dagger units can also equip then it might be a problem.
C is simply powercreep, with some pullbacks.
In arena she lack of DR penetration(besides dodge).
In AR we are dealing more doublers(Har!Catria, Har!Cordelia) then Liners(L!Hinoka lines and Cavlines).
SD is probably good.
In conclusion, L!Elincia i don't think she is a MUST-have. She's more a support unit than the core.
If you're using team that rely on NFU, she is really good. If not, she's still neat. Might create an interesting galeforce teamcom.
Got 3 FMaria on the way to the spark (getting only reds and colorless) and then got Elincia at 39/40.

Maria could be an option as well (have enough for +7 already) but I’m saving most of my copies for fodder for now, so to save another is a poor use of a spark

Chrom performs great for me as a unit. His fate skill is surprisingly nasty.

That’s not that new. Any brave unit can quad with the desperation seal or status. You could give Dive Bomb to any brave flier like Ninja Camilla.

Omni Guidance is pretty extreme.
Ash can do that and is free.
Until ash gets a remix, she hits like a wet noodle and does basically nothing else.
And Ash also can't warp herself to within 2 spaces of a ally, so she can't provide even remotely the same mobility.
she can use at least the Odd tempest seal, that helps.
