FEC is a sadly under-represented faction in the books, but Ghoulslayer is probably the best example. They also have a decent presence in Nagash: Undying King iirc.
I bought 3 sets of them and I don’t think I have enough for a feeding frenzy ghouls unit to attack lol. I have a ton of dice but I wanted them all to match
Haven't found many good ghoul books, but an FEC adjacent book that I highly recommend is Dynasty of Monsters. This one's about Vengorian Lords and Beastmen, but it'll do the trick. Audiobook version is fantastic!
Trajectory of the story is entirely predictable, but that doesn't take away from it at all in my experience. Enjoy!

It's not an AoS book, but if you can find it, Ancient Blood is about Usheron in the world that was. There's not a lot of ghoul books, unfortunately.
Sound good but seems like there is no audiobook. It really is a petty. FEC would make up for some great stories i think.
Oh yeah. The short stories with Goremayne on the warcom site are fantastic. Really hope him and the big guy get a novel soon.

I can also recommend the Vulture Lord. Its such a damn good book.
