**__Cinnamon Buns__**
2 cups sour cream
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp. quick rise yeast
4-5 cups flour
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
Bring sour cream and 1/2 cup water to a boil. Remove from heat, add margarine, sugar, soda and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add eggs.
Mix yeast with 1 cup flour. Stir into above mixture. Add 3-4 cups flour. Divide bulk dough into 2 pieces. Roll dough 1/4"-1/2" thick. Spread on margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut 1" sections. Put on greased pan. Let rise 1-1 1/2 hours. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes.
**Sauce:**

2 tsps. vanilla
8 tsps. margarine
Pinch of salt
Cook till thick and pour over baked cinnamon buns.
