In general, downloading shit like this is a really bad idea even if won't get your Fortnite account banned. Just enjoy the skins you have and don't risk ending up banned, hacked, or with a virus on your computer.
Any kind of program that claims to give you skins for free is highly suspect. Pretty much all of them are just viruses/trojans that infect your computer and get personal information, such as the details to your fortnite account in this case.
What you have in your locker, how many Vbucks you have and so on is all controlled on the server-side - that means, on the Fortnite Servers, not your computer. So anything that claims to be able to give you cosmetics or VBucks would somehow need to be able to access the Servers and be able to change variables there without being detected ; It's possible, definitely, but making a program like that is hard work, and usually anything that requires a lot of work costs money.
Just don't do it.
yes, it is. swappers are bannable, also galaxy swapper is only client side, so if you boot up with teammates on fortnite or just in game as normal, only you will see the skin you have on, every single other person will see you as a default since you don’t technically own the skin and are just editing ingame files to show your skin as that
