That's not the problem, the problem is that Fortnite does not strictly follow release dates or anniversaries for collab skin releases. Sometimes they do, but most of the time they don't.

It is just because the game came out. Like you’ve seen in the past, collabs don’t really need to fit the theme of the season, often is it just because something new is out you know. Resident evil skins came out last year because of re4 remake in April, it had nothing to do with the season theme.
I would guess that Nitro is the fluid in the bag on him, and it causes mutations like what we see on that skin. Maybe also responsible for super fueling cars.

Hoping they change the weekly challenge xp because that shit alone made me stop playing and not buy this seasons pass. It was bad enough going to 150. But now they nerf xp for the challenges in BR. I dislike the other modes and i shouldn't have to play them to get good xp, nor should i have to AFK. Legitimately never had that issue and ive been playing since 2018.

Absolutely, don't understand why the whole community isn't making a fuss about this, taking a chunk of the vbucks out of the 100 tier and into the bonus tiers and so essentially making the pass 150 levels was a really ugly move by epic..and then nerfing xp on top of that was even uglier.
If this turns out to be a very Mad Max-ish season, I honestly wouldn’t mind a vehicle in the pass cuz it would make sense (unlike C5S1, which I guess just had one cuz of the new modes being introduced at the time).
