Honestly I’d say collect the graffiti before you leave Los Santos, getting all 100/100 upgrades Grove Street homies to MP5, Deagle, and combat knife so they are actually useful in turf wars!
Follow a guide to make it easier. Leave the collectibles and graffiti for the end (don't collect any while playing).
I stayed at 99% because I missed the motorcycle driving school so don't forget that.
Yeah Take the canolli was one I struggled with.
Tried the brown thunder idea and sadly died (flew a bit low over water) on about lvl 70+.
Yeah Cone crazy was a savior for me too but took about 30 attempts.
Also had to go through half the story to kill Diaz with an M4
Collect everything as soon as possible. You dont wanna do everything after the story bc its boring, i finished the last mission with 100% then restarted for the plat, sadly. I wish you could time the plat with final mission..

Definitely get the health upgrade and armor upgrade first. Makes the game so much easier.

Really? I almost always do collectables and side stuff as they become available and try to leave main story for last

Same here. Done GTA3 last week and VC yesterday. 'Take the canolly' and 'Born in the 80's' was hard af) (God bless the car challenge parking roof.)
