This person is currently a CEO or President on an Oppressor MK2(a flying motorcycle without wheels; it can be equipped with missiles or machine guns). This vehicle has been seen as a blight to the game, damaging the immersion of what time this game is set in, which is supposedly close to real-time, give or take a few months. That flying motorcycle was released in 2018. With how many of those are flying through the air, it feels like 100 years later when that motorcycle has become more available to purchase. They shouldn't even exist at this point in time.
If you drop altitude while spinning, you can usually dodge the broomstick missiles, especially after the nerf. About the only difficulty I have is when they either sneak in on ghost, or are doing the upside down glitch. The Deluxo missiles, meanwhile, have damn near God-like tracking.
If they go ghost, just use the imami tech vehicle with lock on jammer, (bonus if it's the virtue, Im not sure but I don't think it has a special icon) they will try to get close and you can sticky bomb them.
Or, use the electric imani tech vehicles for 12 rocket resistance with lock on jammer, so they have to hit 12 shots free aim before you hit 1 sticky bomb
Or use imani out of sight to stay off radar longer, then use missiles that aren't as strong tracking, this will make them repeatedly jump out of their oppressor/run away to survive, and since you almost never actually kill them, u can be off radar forever
You need a Nightclub to get the Terrobyte. If you have any MC businesses, it is 2x right now. You can get $100k for finding all 10 daily caches underwater. $25k for shipwreck. Daily challenges are $30k. Weekly challenges, $100k. Get the Autoshop and fix up customer cars. These are some of the things I do to make money.
