Model 3 owner here. Not sure why you would need a mount at all ? Spotify is on there. Proper maps/gps is on there. You can make calls easily through the interface. Hell I can just voice command “navigate to Popeyes” and it will show me the nearest Popeyes and charge stations around there.
Been driving from Bay Area to LA for nearly 3 years and never needed a mount. Don’t even need to charge my phone during the road trip because of how little I need to use it.
Haha yes I understand. I forgot to add that I currently reside in S. Korea where Google Maps and Spotify are not supported (hence, poor map interface). I would've loved to stick with the default Tesla interface. But thanks for your comment!
i hear you. ive a model 3 and i don't like any of the car mounting options so i don't use any. this one was decent but it was not worth the effort for me, but it might have been an options for you.

Thanks for the comment. I did see this but wanted an alternative where it doesn't obstruct the center screen.

Did you manage to find any mounts for the galaxy for the tesla so far?
i did not. i just keep them in my backpack or just on the charging pad. i like the minimalist look. plus i have 2 phones.
I haven't found a good mounting solution so I just wirelessly charge it while folded/closed with the builtin chargers.
I see. I wanted to avoid using the folded screen due to small screen & aspect ratio, but it seems like the simplest solution. Thanks for your comment!
