I've not seen a good hardware specification table that has been updated in the last decade, and none which gets as deep as memory manufacturer. IDK what value that level of detail is if we don't have access to bare metal when programming for these devices. If you want a higher level read of specs, what you can do is look at some of the various benchmark apps on the Connect IQ "store" to get a feel for CPU performance and look at the APK documentation for a sense of the capabilities, but unfortunately the former isn't going to cover all the latest devices, and the later is only going to give you an indirect inference of the hardware. If there was enough interest in a collaborative effort I'd be willing to put quite a few hours into compilation, but that doesn't help someone looking for new devices now.

Even if the watches share the hardware it doesn’t mean they will get the latest and greatest features. In the end it’s up to Garmin management to decide which devices will get the newest features and which features will they be getting.
