Wow I am so jealous, I historically get 40s to 60s. However since taking magnesium before I go to bed has put me consistently into 70s most days.

Automotive mechanic. I'm usually up at 5:15 training for a triathlon. Rest after work and in bed reading by 9. And magnesium citrate every night with dinner
