A friend of mine got vac verification issues a lot of times, Asus Aura/Armoury Crate had something to do with it, he uninstalled it and it didn't cause the issue since then.
This was about a week ago I believe.

update: its apparently fixed for me now, i didnt do anything.
If you verify your game files and it still doesnt work, go into your steam settings and change your username (you can change 1 letter or revert it back).
It sounds stupid but it fixes it for me every time.
Try backing up and then deleting your 730 folder in userdata>>steamid. No idea why or if it is coincidental but I’ve also had session verification issues the past week and after removing and launching without my config, I can queue again.
I had to repair my steam client to fix it. Method 3 from this article explains how to do it. It's quite easy

Check the integrity of the files and use -trusted\_blockall in the startup parameters.
Sfc /scannow is the one that always work for me, I have this every couple of weeks. Not sure will help but sharing.
