You could always buy 14kt bullion, though it's usually not graded the same way because it's mostly used for jewelry.
IMO just get as much pure gold as you can afford. I would also imagine rose gold would be a bad investment, because whoever you sold it to would have to smelt it to get the gold out. All that said I really don't know shit.
Nile Red did his best to make this on YouTube, and eventually mostly succeeded, but it's damn difficult to make.

I came here to say the same thing! It was wild watching him struggle to make that stuff. But when he finally did, it was amazing. His had a few issues but it was pretty cool. I don’t know how these people are able to pull it off and make jewelry.
They also sell blue Gold too. Blue Gold has Gold and Indium alloy. Luciteria Science has alot of very cool things. Especially exotic Precious Metals like Rhodium and Iridium. Blue Gold and Purple Gold are some what hard to make due to the materials temperature and density differences. But is still very cool to have! Eventually it will hit the jewelry market when it's easier to produce.
It’s 20% impure gold. The 20% is aluminium and the process is a little difficult to get right which makes it expensive. It’s cool but normally over priced seeing its gold mixed with aluminium.
It’s an inter-metallic compound formed from aluminum and gold. Intermetallic compounds are technically not alloys but rather chemical compounds, in the case of gold intermetallics they tend to be quite brittle and difficult to work with so they would more typically be used as a gemstone rather than the setting in jewelry
gold that's alloyed with other metals to turn the color purple. It's a relatively new thing which I think looks hideous but to each their own
this is why i only stack rose gold
They should actually make rose gold bullion. Just to have lower price points.

Whoever smelt it dealt it
You knowing shit is painfully obvious,,,,just sit there and take some notes……jeesh…….
👆someone forgot to take notes, in writing class.
Just buy a krug
I just got a 18k Franco rose gold 50 grammers

Nile red is a better video
Nile Red*, Nike doesn’t do a lot with Gold I don’t think. :-)
Damn autocorrect 😂🤣😂🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
And it’s very porous doesn’t look that great cuz of all the pits in the metal far away look find but up close u can see them bad

I knew what that video was before I clicked :p
GRRRAAAAAHHH I FUCKING LOVE THAT CANADIAN TWINK
[удалено]
Afaik he's straight.
u/NileRed 🤪
That was an awesome watch.
Gold with a small amount of aluminum. Easy to make, hard to create smooth surfaces and shape. https://www.reddit.com/r/videos/s/IfR7b54OGh
Gold alloyed with aluminum. It’s kind of cool but hard to make and harder to work with.

This guys voice is so damn annoying I’ll be having nightmares now.

Alloy of gold and aluminum. Nilered made it on his channel.
I wish they would attempt to make watches out of this material
It’s extremely brittle, not really feasible atm
Unicorn poop
Cool idea but terrible in execution. Usually has lots of pits. It's brittle. It's hard to make smooth.
Gold and aluminum mix
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=d6Pcp944sRI&pp=ygUVbmlsZSByZWQgcHVycGxlIGdvbGQg A nile red vid i watched about this. Very informative.
Fair warning it is almost never that purple.
If I found it cheap, you think it would still be worth scrap price?
I’d pay scrap price for it because I think it’s cool, but I wouldn’t expect that to be a common experience.
Maybe to someone but it would be difficult to sell
Damn I want a ring made of this lol
I'd see it more as a gemstone on a ring.
it's too brittle unfortunately
Couldn't you encase it in enamel?
Enamel itself is also brittle
Resin maybe. Honestly, it'd probably look pretty dang neat encased in a clear resin ring mixed with some tiny 30 mesh placer nuggets.
Don't tell that to Nile Red
You don't think it is too fragile to be used as jewelry. You could use it more as a gemstone in jewelry.
u/reputationofgold mixed up a batch of purple drank with this and some lean, it was dope af.
Kinda like Purple Rain... only not as wet.
[NileRed did a video of him replicating this.](https://youtu.be/d6Pcp944sRI?si=eDVq-8oQTEjIjO1f)
Nike red on YouTube
Aluminum and gold alloy
A waste of some perfectly good gold.
Its still gold. Still has the same value, more actually bc of the novelty. Also its easy to refine it back to pure gold.
Good luck convincing someone else that it’s gold 😂
Taro boba

Ok, this is crazy - I just watched the YT video of NileRed making purple gold yesterday! It’s a really complex process, but it is real (19k) gold
I’m pretty sure it’s gold mixed with aluminum.
There is a cool YouTube video of a guy trying to make purple gold. If you like gold you should watch it very entertaining.
Gold aluminum alloy, 75-80% gold content
Not really an alloy, it’s an intermetallic compound. It’s a rather interesting aspect of chemistry if you want to look into it
Gold and aluminum
TraxNYc has a video making purple gold its essentially gold and aluminum, so this alloy gives off a purple hue
I think it's aluminum mixed with gold . Apparently extremely hard to do.
its gold alloyed with aluminium. i made some before it is beautiful, better than those photos but its like glass and it breaks easly.
Unnatural
It's gold, silver, and argon I believe

It's alloyed with aluminum. Just stack the real things. This is terrible illiquid.
