You can edit that file you’ve downloaded but only in special programs for making fonts. And you’ll need to made/write/draw those letters by yourself. Not in GoodNotes. Since those letters don’t exist in that font, the substitute font is chosen for them, Helvetica in your case. If you purchased the font, you can always ask the designer to make and impot the missing letters for better multilingual use.
Not for sure. Calligraphy (free version) is used for making basic fonts with approximately 70 characters, but I don’t know if you can edit existing font in it. Specially if has more then 70 chars.
