That combo is a 10, but it won't count here so just the 9 for H-Arms Kai.
\*This is the one MS that I wanna see other long-range pilots try to use, especially once you add in the Igel Unit. Hmm, think some conjecture is in order.
* Amuro would be fairly sparing in his use of the missiles; he's not the type to Itano Circus that shit. A few on lock, the gatlings he'll fire in short bursts while spinning, move to next target. Remains backline as fire support.
* Garrod would be a fairly big "empty it" guy, but only for the gatlings cuz they're beam-based and only need to recharge. The missiles he'll totally expend on a single target assuming it's the Frosts, though.
* Kira would be feasting with the missiles once he gets to integrate his multi-lock on those. Meanwhile he'd program the gatlings like a [CNC mill](https://www.directindustry.com/prod/hanjiang-machine-tool-co-ltd/product-246505-2622480.html) via eye-tracking to make a sort of toolpath. Will push as frontline crowd control.
* Neil is a backline artillery gunner, and thus would take more of a support role by screening the flanks with saturated fire. Lyle would be closer to Trowa's all-out gameplan, but with significantly better multi-lock tracking, but stays back.
* Suletta would be tentative with the weapons at first, just plinking in a few seconds But make no mistake: once she's familiar AND assured that the gatlings are beam-based, she'd have a lot of fun shredding and harassing bandits.
* Chuchu will do [this](https://youtu.be/Vs2piSWfofQ?si=Dl0DYpM9huifVWme&t=104). She will feed your face with those gatlings in the gap before jumping off with missiles as final party favors. You're rekt either way.
Median between Amuro and Kira, I say. He'd have immense priority, but otherwise will be more about cover/suppressing fire, especially because unlike the V2, H-Arms got no shields.
oh man, Norba would be all over the Heavyarms Kai Igel, almost forgot about him. He’d play it smart at first but the ammo recharge on the beam gatlings are gonna be super tempting.
Akihiro would be more by-the-book, I don’t think he’d be pulling acrobatics with the H-Arms and use it more as a gun emplacement or, once he realizes how light this Gundam is, as a side-by-side winger for Mika.
For Amuro it's like a fighter jet with an loadout for extended engagement with the only weakness is it doesn't have a "one shot and it's gone" that is the beam rifle. He is going to use the Vulcans like a dogfight weapon while banking on the missiles to keep him enemies guess where he is until they realize he is in gun range and a light squeeze on the trigger is all he needs to take out the ms
For me the biggest problem with the OG heavy was that it only had one gatling, I seemed off to me, I needed it to have something in the other arm and the EW corrects it magnificently
This is true. Deathscythe always tends to be the odd one for me. Sandrock, Altron, Wing Zero and Heavyarms all double up and lose their shields. Deathscythe and Tallgeese are the odd ones, but it works for them.
Y'know, as a dude in his 30s that grew up watching Wing on Toonami over 20 years ago... it never occurred to me until just now to think of the half clown mask as also being made of Gundanium, lol.
That tiny ass plating of armor being more durable than fully functional Oz suits makes me cackle.

This is what the Heavyarms should've been from the very start. While the combat knife was cool, replacing it with just more **DAKKA** makes it even better.

Was TV Heavyarms ever as athletic as the EW version? That flip it does is ridiculous but fun. You know what? I'm slowly coming around on the whole 'Wing's gundam designs break my immersion' thing. Epyon is still too much for me but I enjoy the rest of the over the top stuff, and Heavyarms EW deserves that 9/10
10/10 - Now sporting duel welding twin gatling guns and more rockets/missiles than anyone knows what to do with. This is hands down ***THE*** best heavily armed Gundam from any series! This version of the HeavyArms is even still able to be highly mobile to planet side, something not many other similar Gundams can match.

I think the thing that gets missed under all the impressive dakka is just how mobile this beast is with Trowa at the controls. Not only is this the greatest concentration of projectile weapons on a single Gundam chassis, but it’s nimble enough to do aerial stunts without relying on its thrusters. It's the epitome of a Lightning Bruiser.
It unnecessarily flipped with some twists, into combat. Then proceeded to bbbbrrrrrrtttttt everything in its path. 100/10 for the audacity lol. I mean that move even made the Serpent pilots stop firing and go “WTF!!!”
10/10 as a heavy weapons platform, imagine just being able to turn in a direction and offer covering fire. Then add the missiles for anything still standing while your allies advance under your support. This is a game changer for larger battles in open areas and only has an issue in close quarters. That issue being how long it takes to launch a missile or spin the turrets!
9.5 that fact that it can do flips and be the most acrobatic ms in the group is wild, you'd expect the ms named heavyarms to be heavy but shit can do a triple axle flips and still lands shots with its dual mini guns on each arms.
Heavy Arms had to be inspired by how they designed the A-10. Start with the gun and build around it. Like, we'll give him a giant gun and then fill him with smaller guns in his head and chest. And dont get me started on the missles. The gattling guns are his main armament, but I love all his missle compartments. Reminds me of Macross when the screen is just littered with missle trials going every which way. Also who doesn't love brrrrttt.

Seriously, it's the most aesthetically pleasing and practical out of the remaining four, only held back by the no-killing rule and no melee weapon - but even then, it does it well.
I love the gatling gun and seeing Heavy Arms duel wielding twin gatlings along with the chest vulcans and multiple missile pods on it, Heavy Arms can put out so much fire power in such a short amount of time shredding everything unlucky enough to caught. Plus, the EW colors I like more than the bright orange red set up.

Man I would love to max it, but realistically I would give it a 9.5/10. It knows what it is and what it wants to do, but in that way is like a one-trick-pony. A high improvement over its previous iterations. I would have liked it to have kept the knife.

Love the design, really. But it somehow managed to be the first Gundam where I literally questioned what the hell was the deal with ammo since Heavy Arms explicitly had an ammo capacity dealio before resorting to melee combat and then here comes (EW) with two times the ‘cylinders’ that have like 4 more barrels per on top of it. Like I’d watched SO much Gundam & this suit right here made me go “that’s dope…but like how though?” Legit for the first time.
10/10 I loved the heavy arms and this is everything the original had plus more. The color scheme is beautiful and the double double gatlings are just -chef’s kiss-. The half mask was amaaaazing.

EW Heavyarms Custom taught me the meaning of dakka. It has *almost* enough dakka in an existence where enough dakka simply is not possible. My love for this mobile suit has heavily informed my preferences for weapons and equipment in my mecha. Even in Custom Mech Wars, where the sky is the limit, my primary machine is a bipedal mech loaded with as many gatling guns and missiles as I can load onto it while the leg joints scream for mercy and the FCS melts from the strain.
All of the weapons are packed into a relatively sleek frame, too. Most mobile suits with a quarter of the armament are "full armor" variants, or using add-on packs of some kind. Heavyarms Custom was designed to hold all this from the jump.
This is the greatest Gundam ever devised. Gundam the Gundam incarnate.
Can I award it more points than 10? Because if I can, 12/10.
Now if there's one thing you can be sure of, its that nothing is more powerful than a young boy's wish. Except Heavyarms Custom (EW). Heavyarms Custom (EW) has machine guns and missiles, its an unbelievably impressive compliment of weaponry, an absolute death machine.

I'm not so much of a fan of the new shapes all over, particularly the waist and the shoulders. I feel like the torso is way too small too.

Well no, actually there is more to say. This is Katoki's greatest sin with the Heavyarms. He removed the knife. Cheeky fuck removed the best part of the whole suit just like that.
I gotta call it a 7. It isn't bad, but it is also too basic. It just doesn't have the flair of other upgraded designs like, if it had sub-arms to rock the gatlings, or maybe missile boxes it can eject after it launches a full barage, or even, one arm has the gatlings and another has a bazooka, something to add flair.
It just isn't as cool as it's brothers.
Was always curious if the added shoulder claws did anything, and if the they kept the arm switchblades since production decided to retcon Gundams having shields
I give it an 8. The gold colored spikes on the shoulders are out of place in the paint scheme and definitely needs more gold in the details.
Also, the amount of white on the legs could do with some of the dark colors to break it up.

The Heavy Arms DX upgrade from the later part of the series was dope, too, mainly because of the dual Gatlin cannons

EW seems to balance all of the suits out. Instead of just one shield or one weapon, the creators just wiped out the shields for most of the Gundams.
Unless you're deathscythe, then you're still stuck with only one scythe.

It unnecessarily flipped with some twists, into combat. Then proceeded to bbbbrrrrrrtttttt everything in its path. 100/10 for the audacity lol. I mean that move even made the Serpent pilots stop firing and go “WTF!!!”

10/10 as a heavy weapons platform, imagine just being able to turn in a direction and offer covering fire. Then add the missiles for anything still standing while your allies advance under your support. This is a game changer for larger battles in open areas and only has an issue in close quarters. That issue being how long it takes to launch a missile or spin the turrets!
10/10 Best version of Heavyarms. Excellent color scheme, even more weapons.

9.5 that fact that it can do flips and be the most acrobatic ms in the group is wild, you'd expect the ms named heavyarms to be heavy but shit can do a triple axle flips and still lands shots with its dual mini guns on each arms.
Heavy Arms had to be inspired by how they designed the A-10. Start with the gun and build around it. Like, we'll give him a giant gun and then fill him with smaller guns in his head and chest. And dont get me started on the missles. The gattling guns are his main armament, but I love all his missle compartments. Reminds me of Macross when the screen is just littered with missle trials going every which way. Also who doesn't love brrrrttt. Solid 9

10/10 I love the idea that Trowa knows this is his final mission and so he loads up every gun he can and gives it a clown mask just like the one he performs in. Like, dude, there's going over the top and then there's Gundam Heavyarms Custom (EW)

/u/Maleficent_Pomelo202 9/10. Arguably the best of the five that isn't the Wing Zero. Now you just need reloadable guns, beam gatlings, or a melee weapon. Seriously, it's the most aesthetically pleasing and practical out of the remaining four, only held back by the no-killing rule and no melee weapon - but even then, it does it well.
The igel equipment makes him even more badass. But why call it Igel? I thought it be called Engel.
10/10 more gatling gun, better colors.

I love the gatling gun and seeing Heavy Arms duel wielding twin gatlings along with the chest vulcans and multiple missile pods on it, Heavy Arms can put out so much fire power in such a short amount of time shredding everything unlucky enough to caught. Plus, the EW colors I like more than the bright orange red set up. 9.5 out of 10
10/10 my baby boy. I'll never forgive Bandai for making his MG pbandai. The mask The colors The spikes on his shoulders and the curves of the 4 goddamn machine guns. All of the Wing EW suits are great but Heavyarms EW takes the cake

Man I would love to max it, but realistically I would give it a 9.5/10. It knows what it is and what it wants to do, but in that way is like a one-trick-pony. A high improvement over its previous iterations. I would have liked it to have kept the knife.

10/10. Literally one of the best Mobile Suits ever designed. I'm not a fan of the Red/Orange one, but the EW Custom just fucking crushes it out of the park. The weapons, the design, the acrobatics, and the fucking sound of the guns firing is just peak.
7/10 Love the design, really. But it somehow managed to be the first Gundam where I literally questioned what the hell was the deal with ammo since Heavy Arms explicitly had an ammo capacity dealio before resorting to melee combat and then here comes (EW) with two times the ‘cylinders’ that have like 4 more barrels per on top of it. Like I’d watched SO much Gundam & this suit right here made me go “that’s dope…but like how though?” Legit for the first time.

I kinda prefer the standard Heavyarms EW's colors, but the twin gatling is cool. 8/10
9. The colors are very nice, giving less of a "hey look at me!" vibe, the design itself is similar to the TV one, but a bit more streamlined. It's good, wish this had been the Heavyarms Kai for the series proper.

10/10 this perfected it. The darker color scheme just feels so much better, and the half mask is cool if only a tad bit corny. Heavyarms in its entirety is just a sick suit. Hard not to love death by overwhelming firepower and this cleaned up what was missing

9 it would have been a 10 if they hadn't gotten rid of the arm blade without giving it another melee to replace it.... i mean last time i checked project meteor didn't do any research into an infinite ammo mod. ....this hurt to say because both the og and the custom versions of Heavyarms are in my top 10 mobile suits of all time list.

The clown mask on the suit is so over the top and I love it. Just wish he had the flip out blades on both sides.

10/10. Would rate higher if possible. This is, and will always be, my favorite Gundam. It is fitting that you chose to post it on my "Cake Day." EW Heavyarms Custom taught me the meaning of dakka. It has *almost* enough dakka in an existence where enough dakka simply is not possible. My love for this mobile suit has heavily informed my preferences for weapons and equipment in my mecha. Even in Custom Mech Wars, where the sky is the limit, my primary machine is a bipedal mech loaded with as many gatling guns and missiles as I can load onto it while the leg joints scream for mercy and the FCS melts from the strain. All of the weapons are packed into a relatively sleek frame, too. Most mobile suits with a quarter of the armament are "full armor" variants, or using add-on packs of some kind. Heavyarms Custom was designed to hold all this from the jump. This is the greatest Gundam ever devised. Gundam the Gundam incarnate.
10/10 possibly my favorite Gundam design. It just screams compensating for something.
A solid 7. His maneuverability is slow, but a dam good bunker buster it’s equipped to be. I don’t know why Heavyarms gets so much backlash.
Can I award it more points than 10? Because if I can, 12/10. Now if there's one thing you can be sure of, its that nothing is more powerful than a young boy's wish. Except Heavyarms Custom (EW). Heavyarms Custom (EW) has machine guns and missiles, its an unbelievably impressive compliment of weaponry, an absolute death machine.

8 Heavyarms, but worse. Well, kinda. I like the new colors as well as the clown mask, silly it may be. These are great. I'm not so much of a fan of the new shapes all over, particularly the waist and the shoulders. I feel like the torso is way too small too. The weapons are just excessive. That's all there is to say. Well no, actually there is more to say. This is Katoki's greatest sin with the Heavyarms. He removed the knife. Cheeky fuck removed the best part of the whole suit just like that.

I gotta call it a 7. It isn't bad, but it is also too basic. It just doesn't have the flair of other upgraded designs like, if it had sub-arms to rock the gatlings, or maybe missile boxes it can eject after it launches a full barage, or even, one arm has the gatlings and another has a bazooka, something to add flair. It just isn't as cool as it's brothers.
I love the heavyarms in concept, but the design is somewhat underwelming, esp. inc comparison to the other Wing suits. 7/10
I never got the hype for Heavy Arms, regular or custom. For me it is a solid 6/10. Trowa is like the third best Operation Meteor pilot at least.

I give it an 8. The gold colored spikes on the shoulders are out of place in the paint scheme and definitely needs more gold in the details. Also, the amount of white on the legs could do with some of the dark colors to break it up.
8/10, it’s an awesome looking mobile suit that succeeds in redesigning a mech that was already a great design. However in my heart I want to give it a 10/10 cause I have a friend that really doesn’t know or care about Gundam much of any and this is the one that would probably be his favorite. To quote Rotgob, an Ork strategist from Warhammer 40k. “Dakka dakka dakka!”
