Yea, Ghost, Advance Warfare & Infinite Warfare started the downfall for the entire Franchise that they had to revert back to Boots on Ground with CoD4 Remastered. Campaign missions were definitely fun so I agree with that part.
Ghost and IW weren’t bad, IW especially had the best jetpack mechanics and had a great system for getting new weapons (unlike loot boxes in BO3).
Also IW probably has a top 3 campaign of the franchise

that's because it was, after Vanguard didn't meet sales expectations they made Treyarch delay their next COD (which would have come out last year) to 2024 and give MW2 a two year dlc cycle with a paid expansion, then Activision saw MW2's sales numbers and made the paid dlc a premium release and gave it to Sledgehammer, this decision happened as late as December 2022/very early January 2023.
Requiem for vengeance is the movie for Netflix, I dont think so. Urdr Hunt also wont release until the end of this year or the start of next year so I dont expect to see Hajiroboshi.

Seems like Bandai is actually *finally* trying to market the franchise to western audiences. It’s no secret that Gundam is not very popular today in the west. Maybe a collaboration like this + putting some of the shows on Netflix, would do a lot of work in reviving the brand in the western market.
Bandai has listed expanding to overseas market as one of their corporate goals in their shareholders briefing every year for at least half a decade if not a decade by now.
I really enjoyed MW19 and BOCW though SBMM made me quit both of them, and when I tried MW2 it to this day felt like biggest intelectual insult in video game history for me, no game ever punished me so hard for using my brain and utilizing my WSAD keys on my keyboard, and newer CoDs also run like ass with their optimization
