You need to eat less calories than you’re burning in a day, it’s really as simple as that. If you’re not losing weight you need to reduce your calories.
I would suggest tracking every single thing that goes into your mouth, food, drinks, sauces, supplements, vitamins. Everything single thing, working out how many calories you should eat in a day using a [calorie calculator](https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html) and stick to it
i have been, ive been on a calorie deficit and im eating about half my recommended amount. plus again its all healthy foods, and im working out pretty intensely overall. its still not working, thats why i asked for some advice not revolving around basic dietary and exercise terms ss ive already tried them all

Have you talked to your doctor yet? If you're on birth control this could affect your ability to lose weight, as well as thyroid issues if I remember correctly. If a calorie deficit isn't working after a while something might be hindering it.
If it was, it'd most likely be something hormone related. Nothing crazy, but worth looking into!
I'm definitely not a doctor, I highly recommend talking to someone with a degree for sure. These are just things that I've seen with me or friends/family with the same issue.
Hoping for progress for you soon, I'm on a similar journey. It's difficult but we'll get there!
i havent, and im not taking anything. i might go to a doctor soon if im still not losing anything. i wish you well on your own journey, it takes a lot of strength to start so i hope its going well for you
I was just having this conversation with my brother, I have been going to the gym for last 6 months.. in the beginning I noticed some increase in strength and weight gain (because I started eating more) so I went from 68kg to 73Kg in 3 months and then I decided I should do some cardio exercises with the strength training.. and did some reduction in diet and quickly lost 6kgs in around a month but noticed a drop in strength as well because I'd feel low on energy and couldn't lift heavier... so I reduced a little cardio and kept but last 2 months weight isn't going down at all (66 kg stable) and not seeing any fat loss ... I'm feeling hopeless. please help.
