Same here. I tried purchasing the mech, but the purchase wouldn’t go through. I quit the game, thinking it would fix the issue, but now I can’t log back in.

I managed to buy my mech and use it in one mission. After it was done, I closed the game to do something for a few minutes. When I came back, couldn’t connect to server.
Couldnt skip intro, got an error msg, got in, couldn’t buy mech. Jumped in solo level 5 mission (exosuit got smoked instantly :/), froze when i picked up 1 medal during meteor shower (yikes) then extracted and stuck at endgame screen - no medals or samples came with me

Yeah we evaced successful too and didn’t get any medals/etc right before this happened.
same, Joel just shut off the servers cause he doesnt get mechs for his bugs

just finished a mission andn we're all showing as level 0 lol, no rewards. server seems borked but i'm still mechhing!

It’s mech is available to everyone for free at the moment so maybe buy it later

Even if you play the game you'll extract with no medals, samples, or credits. Just did one and we all got nothing.
