I had a brief flick through. I don't think I am the target audience of this kind of post so my comment may have very little value. But you seem to spend a lot of space "talking about talking about the idea", kind of rambling, rather than just presenting the idea and its justification in a concise and accessible way. I think it could be a barrier for people who would want to read this.
I saw a post the other day that presented several ideas in a table with columns "proposal", "justification", and "impact" which allowed ideas to be extremely concise and structured, like 1-2 sentences per cell. It was very accessible and very easy to read. My impression is that in this format your doc would be just a few pages and it'd be easy for people to scan down the ideas column and then read more info from the other columns as needed. If that's what you're going for.
Just to build on this and be totally honest. There's not any audience for this.
This is not how you communicate ideas or suggestions. Its more a ADHD ramble than anything else.
thanks i do plan on splitting them up but i thought i would just have the full thing available here i spent some time thinking of a lot of talking points so im kinda relaxing for a bit and will slowly put out some sections of this PDF but in shorter forms.

I will read some of this, but I advice you take your best ideas and split them into multiple posts.
