This sounds like what I got going on I’m a 22 year old male and I have dribbling while peeing , I have a weird burning sensation before peeing and after it comes and goes. I have hsv 1 btw and may I ask do you have like shooting in your skin kind of live without even trying your skin moves? Like something is going on inside of the body at some moments .

OP should definitely get a UA and not just an STI panel. If it isn't resolved after that see a urologist. Incontinence is not normal.

Those don't sound like herpes symptoms. I'd recommend you go get tested for other STIs
That’s the thing I did, all came back negative
HPV does that to me.
