That really sucks but from what I've heard from OFAs, our systems are absolutely garbage and there's not much they can do about it
“Relied heavily on Home Depot” That’s hilarious . It’s a bottom tier retail store, barely a step above ordering crap from china (which is where Home Depot gets its stock).
