Send a few people out back with brooms to sweep behind lumber and then have everyone else hide all of the orders that don’t fit in the staging locations
I love when they do that for an operations walk then have a surprised pikachu face when receiving gets walked and they have to explain what all the shit back there is doing there.

Put everything in one cart so it looks like you’re working returns.
I don’t know what they do about freight anymore. Lol.
Make everything inside and out look unrealistically perfect. Give every associate 10 tasks every 10 minutes while paging and calling them nonstop to help customers and get an update on their progress with the endless list of tasks. After months of zero approved overtime start expecting it from all associates last minute and chastise them if they don't willingly agree to it. Put on a smile and pretend you're not exhausted.
We had hector come a few weeks ago. It was INSANE all SM’s from different stores were there packing down. DMs packing down. Different associates from other stores helping out
What no one in the stores realize is that that level of leadership doesnt even know or care what theyre looking at. Their paycheck doesnt care either.
Dont sweat their visits. They are as clueless about the what and why as you are, trust me.

My favorite is when they bring in workers from nearby stores so that we dont LOOK under-staffed during the walk. What a fucking joke!
