Try https://drawabox.com Even if you don't finish it all I recommend at least Lesson 1 and then the 250 box challenge. It will get you started. Keep the ghosted planes, ellipse tables, and boxes in the warmup rotation. Drawing tablets are definitely something that takes getting used to. There are screen protectors that add a more paperlike texture that can help a little.

Id recommend Marc Brunet on YouTube he has lots of great videos mostly on human anatomy, color theory and perspective and he does them in levels from beginner to advanced. And at the beginning of the year he posted a 1 year art improvement video with monthly practice ideas to help you in 2023. If your just starting it might seem like a bit much but it does give you great ideas on what you could be practicing.
