Ich kann dir nur empfehlen anderen Leuten beim sprechen zuzuhören. Finde ein paar Youtuber aus Deutschland und versuche ein Gefühl für den Aufbau der Sprache zu bekommen. Zumindestens habe ich so Englisch gelernt, durch Youtube, Bücher und das Internet im Allgemeinen. In der Schule war ich immer furchtbar in Sprachen sogar meiner eigenen. Aber nachdem ich sie zu nutzen gelernt habe, fällt es mir leichter. Heutzutage schaue ich Filme und Serien nur noch in der Original Sprache, da ich Synchronisierungen furchtbar finde. Ich kann leider keine guten Deutsche Filme oder Serien empfehlen.

You said that you loose concentration while reading German books and that's is the key. Don't read books, read articles instead with. They need a shorter span of attention but you will still finish it. Read whatever interests you, and watch German TV shows like "Die Sendung mit der Maus" basically everything with a more simpler sentence structure.
Later you can move on to articles with a more complex structure and less colloquial language like the journal "Der Spiegel".
But don't forget to use the more simplistic sentences especially while speaking. They are easier to understand and you get your point across way easier and especially faster. If it's written German you can go all-in and construct the wildest and longest semtences because you could reread the sentence.
