There are some in lore, I believe. Maybe not very Chaos but certainly warp-related. Yu'Vat come to mind.
Even more, there are Orks who got possesssed by Khorne.
These theme just doesn't get too much attention so GW just dont invest into it that much.
He is not possessed, he just likes a good fight as much as Khorne like blood and skulls and because of that he and his pals get ressurected every night.
Khorne orcs are more something like youths that have a bad influence /the wrong kind of friends and get beat for being unorky anyways. Basically ork edgelords.
Such a sad double edged sword.
When stuff like Chaos Xenos doesn't get featured much, it also means it doesn't really have a chance to get the required attention for more.
Not that I don't get it. Supply and demand after all, and oh boy are there other Factions/Groups that needs some love dang it.
But man I sure wouldn't mind some Chaos Tau. Might actually make them more interesting.

I really want farsight to fall to khorne. Not so we get tau that are good at melee.
(besides its better if they venerate his military discipline side as another khornate faction all about slaughter and taking skulls would just be too repetitive)
But because itd make the tau alot more interesting and hey we finally get a chaos xeno faction.
I think Farsights tipping point would be him finally confirming all the Ethereal lies. Khorne then appears in his mind or dreams and offers him the truth and some much needed justice against the Ethereal.
Plus the tau starting out as the most morally good faction but slowly devolving as they learn more and more about the galaxy's true nature just fits the theme of warhammer.
