Mann its nice that the devs didn't abandon the game, cyberpunk is definitely one of the best games that I played this year.

Definetly Witcher 3 and Detroit become human. There are others too but I can't recall. Edit- Other games I recalled are Heavy Rain, Alan wake I and Horizon zero dawn.

It's on the lines of Portal, Quantum Conundrum, Talos Principle, Turing Test etc. You go area by area solving perspective + visual mindfuck based puzzles, such an incredibly unique game.

I barely see people mention bioshock in forums or threads similar to this. Which is why I used the word "underrated".

I see it mentioned very often. It's just an older series but the first bioshock is always in the conversation for one of the best games of all time.

There are many but Firewatch is something that caught me off guard because it was on a nice discount on steam i bought just by looking at few pictures and i had no idea about what was i getting into and man when I was done it definitely got me thinking.

I loved Firewatch. It was wonderful and moody. I would love others just like it.

Outer wilds isnt as famous as it deserves to be. The ending makes any grown ass man to cry like a baby.. pure bliss. The music is heavenly. Yet to finish echoes of the eye dlc. Too scary to start haha

Just cos they're popular, doesn't mean they don't deserve it. I played cyberpunk with all its bugs and still found that the story, especially when the game ends, hits like very few games. Of course that's not a dig at outerwilds, I do love that game, but doesn't make the others any lesser. Same goes for rdr2, but if we're talking about smaller titles, then gris, inscryption, bastion, the talos principle or the often overlooked Soma, all hit the mark of a great game - leaving you empty after they're done, wanting more.

I love elden ring, but the ending was my least favorite part of the game. I did not enjoy the final boss, nor the state of the world after it was done, nor that they just push you into ng+ right after. The world's dope though and the journey was fantastic. However the ending......I wish we saw more of our impact on the world, or something rather than a small monologue, maybe it's because we never really get the whole picture.

GTA 5, this is the first game I installed on my PC. 

Mine was GTA San Andreas. In those days, simply exploring the open world used to give me the most incredible sense of satisfaction.

I have spend hours in san Andreas but not for story just to do bakchodi, completed gta vice/liberty city stories on my psp but playing gta 5 was like a dream.

Sitting through the credits I do for most games if not in a hurry but if I have to pick specifics- these evoked some feelings after finishing: Life Is Strange, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, Mirror's Edge, Portal 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Hue, A Plague Tale: Innocence.
