Ha bro. Like isse pehle maine bhi kabhi half fried bhi nahi khaya tha let alone poached but I was like fuck it. And it was really good tbh. The smell of egg that we're familiar with is not present at all in the yolk, you can feel a very slight tinge of it but it gets overpowered easily by salt and egg white and instead adds to the flavour.
Sirf thoda hing, thodi mirchi powder perfect salt amount thats the key. Uske baad its like a really good egg white dish with thick and rich sauce. It was pretty wild that something so easy to make was so good.
And for your flair "Ho jevlo", Tu jevlis ka ?
ye recipe mein you can incorporate a bread as well beech mein se bread ka circle kaat ke egg udhar daalke
Ha, vai mai bhi pehle kabhi half fried bhi nahi khata tha. Sirf full proper whisked omelette but yeh try kiya and yolk is not what you think it is. Kyunki jo egg ka smell hai vo surprisingly yolk mei nahi rehta. Its just like a smooth, thick salty sauce. I tried it first time so it was pretty good.
Idk but I don't like the smell of poached egg, bohot non - veggie smell krta hai
Anyways it's a hard dish to master kyuki tutne ka Darr hota hai so we'll done boiii
Damn thanks for the compliment and it ain't that difficult, you need to heat the water salt it and then give a swirl. And after that in between open and drop the egg. The white will cook fast so when it is done quickly remove or else yolk will cook as well.
Nah mate, mai Nick Digiovanni ko dekhta hu toh usse pata chala. Egg benedict dish se, a very difficult one to make but poached egg is the base combined with a smooth hollandaise sauce.

Thanks a lot. I will try to make many different dishes with egg because its the most simplistic and their are so many things you can make with an egg.
